Bozy's Beach Bungalow: Your vacation haven located in Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the largest oceanside pool on HHI. Guests have access to pickle ball & tennis courts, pools, beach, restaurants, playground, fitness center, onsite bike rentals and beach bar. The villa's open floor plan hosts up to 6 guests comfortably & is fully equipped with beach equipment/toys, games, books, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Guest access
The entire condo is for your use and enjoyment. We do have two closets that we keep locked, one in the second bathroom, and one in the second bedroom. Guests will not have access to these.
Other things to note:
- The resort requires each vehicle to have a PARKING PASS. One pass is included in the reservation. Additional parking passes must be purchased from the Owner for $35 per vehicle. Please let us know how many passes you will need.
- Please be aware that there is NO ELEVATOR in our building. From the ground, it is 25 steps straight up to the second floor.
- NO PETS allowed.
- The villa is a NO SMOKING (no vaping) unit, including on the balcony.
- The cleaning fee includes a follow-up visit before check-in by our "concierge" who ensures that everything meets our high standards.
- We will always notify you if the condo is ready early.
- Primary guest must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD.
