Absolutely the best location in Princeville...can you say Paradise! Stunning Ocean views!

The condo is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings to help you relax as you take in the outrageous views and crashing surf below. This spacious condo includes a full kitchen complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for any gourmet meal your interested in putting together and what a view to enjoy your meal, either inside at the ocean front dining room table or outside taking in the tropical trade winds and the big blue Pacific Ocean!

Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with crisp linens and beautiful bed coverings. The unit offers a very spacious master bedroom on the main floor with an en suite bathroom, and the open loft that serves as a second bedroom also includes a private bathroom with shower. HDTV, high speed WiFi, and parking is included.

Enjoy Pali Ke Kua's secret beach via a private, paved path leading to a secluded sandy beach for a picnic, swim, snorkel, or sunbathing. Also, have a picnic at the BBQ area along the beach path. Enjoy your beach experience with with all the beach gear you will need. Four beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, 5 pairs of snorkeling gear, cooler, beach umbrella, and wagon to haul everything to the beach and back!

The layout of the condo supports groups of six nicely with a king size bed in the master, queen size in the loft and a couch with a pull out double in the living room with a pillow top mattress.

Located on the majestic North Shore of Kauai just a short walk to beautiful beaches, famous surf spots and world class golf. Minutes to Princeville Park & Shopping Center, Kenomene Outlook, Makai Golf Club, Town of Hanalei, wonderful hiking trails, Anini Beach and more! The ideal spot for couples, friends & family, you will love this home away from home in the heart of Kauai's North Shore!

On-site amenities includes Hideaway Pizza Pub, swimming pool, hot tub, and complimentary parking, and vast green lawn for recreation.

We had a fabulous stay!! Arrived in the dark of night and woke up to the most stunning views!! This rental was perfect.I want to be clear on how perfectly this was stocked! The apartment is as advertised. The photos give a good representation of the property, a beautiful, airy, clean and spacious second floor apartment with an amazing view (ocean, rainbows, sunsets). At times there was some noise from the construction next door but it was not a real issue. The host, Steve, was great to work with and answered all our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay in Princeville

This property is in a wonderful location. We enjoyed the view, time on the balcony and exploring the area. Steve, the host, is an excellent communicator and makes his guests feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Great House and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked and just as described. We greatly enjoyed and appreciated all the beach and snorkel gear. The location was great for all north shore activities. Steve was a gracious host with great communication before and during our stay.

Lovely stay in Princeville with very responsive host!

This was a very tidy and well equipped condo with a priceless view of gardens and the ocean just beyond. The owner was a huge plus as he provided lists of beaches, restaurants, and favorite things to do in and around Princeville and Hanalei. He was also quick to respond to some minor issues that arose during our stay. The only drawback of the condo was the master BR was the only sleeping area where you could close the door for privacy. ithershore.

Relaxing and resting at Princeville Kauai

Beautiful, well stocked unit, wonderful ocean view, and very quiet. A nice little beach just a short walk away, with many others nearby by car. Sunsets visible from the complex grounds, but not directly from unit. Still, had a pleasant stay and enjoyed sightseeing the rest the island and checking out the many beaches. Traffic can be a bit much at times, but still reasonable overall. Property management was excellent and always available to answer any questions and generally make us feel welcome.

Princeville gem!

Beautiful, well appointed condo!Very clean and comfortable. Stocked with all the great beach equipment needed for swimming/snorkeling/ relaxing.Loved having coffee/dinner on Lanai looking out over the ocean. Great quiet location in Princeville. So happy we were here to see the nesting Albatross and their new chicks. Hope to come back real soon!

Dream stay!

The property was perfect! Clean, spacious, perfectly decorated, gorgeous location, close to everything. We used the welcome book with owners recommendations for everything, it was so helpful and spot on! The owner also has all you need for a great beach vaca, chairs, cooler, boogie boards ! First time to the north side

Nice clean property with great views of the ocean. Steve is nice to provide beach chairs etc with the unit. Only negative is it was dark when we checked into the condo and the parking lot and entrance to the building was not well lit making it difficult to find the right number on the door. Had to break out the cellphone flashlight. No big deal.

Excellent Kauai Rental Property

This was a great place for our family to stay. Well stocked kitchen, beach gear galore, great views and close to the best snorkeling on the north shore. We even saw whales directly from the dining room table while we were eating. Steve was an excellent resource and checked in with us during our stay to see if we had any questions or needed anything. Beautiful home away from home and loved everything about it. Thank you Steve!

What a week!

The home was everything we expected. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax after long days hiking and enjoying the island. View was incredible and I enjoyed reading my book on the deck and watching the whales dance of the coast! Complex pool was really nice. Peaceful and quiet. Great to relax by at the end of the day. Steve was very good to work with and did everything he could to make our stay the best! Would most certainly return! Aloha!
