Absolutely the best location in Princeville...can you say Paradise! Stunning Ocean views!

The condo is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings to help you relax as you take in the outrageous views and crashing surf below. This spacious condo includes a full kitchen complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for any gourmet meal your interested in putting together and what a view to enjoy your meal, either inside at the ocean front dining room table or outside taking in the tropical trade winds and the big blue Pacific Ocean!

Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with crisp linens and beautiful bed coverings. The unit offers a very spacious master bedroom on the main floor with an en suite bathroom, and the open loft that serves as a second bedroom also includes a private bathroom with shower. HDTV, high speed WiFi, and parking is included.

Enjoy Pali Ke Kua's secret beach via a private, paved path leading to a secluded sandy beach for a picnic, swim, snorkel, or sunbathing. Also, have a picnic at the BBQ area along the beach path. Enjoy your beach experience with with all the beach gear you will need. Four beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, 5 pairs of snorkeling gear, cooler, beach umbrella, and wagon to haul everything to the beach and back!

The layout of the condo supports groups of six nicely with a king size bed in the master, queen size in the loft and a couch with a pull out double in the living room with a pillow top mattress.

Located on the majestic North Shore of Kauai just a short walk to beautiful beaches, famous surf spots and world class golf. Minutes to Princeville Park & Shopping Center, Kenomene Outlook, Makai Golf Club, Town of Hanalei, wonderful hiking trails, Anini Beach and more! The ideal spot for couples, friends & family, you will love this home away from home in the heart of Kauai's North Shore!

On-site amenities includes Hideaway Pizza Pub, swimming pool, hot tub, and complimentary parking, and vast green lawn for recreation.

The rooms were clean. The host was very responsive and the view was excellent, especially sunsets. We had a broken air conditioner but the host replaced it within 24 hours and was very attentive. The walk down to the ocean is very steep and beautiful, and you can even walk to Hideaway Beach. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family. The unit and kitchen especially were very well stocked.

Overall we had a great experience here. The big “complaint” for me was the air conditioning. This place could use a couple mini splits or central air. There are 3 portable type air conditioners with hoses venting the hot air outside. When we arrived the one in the dining room was cracked filling the room with hot air. We were able to duct tape it back together and get it pretty serviceable for the most part. Coming from Texas heat this was hard to deal with. Other than the pretty happy with the place. Great location. Especially convenient to Hideaways beach but just a quick drive down to Hanalei.

Justin, Thanks for your review. I am surprised to see the comment on the AC. We spoke on the same day you noticed a crack in the vent. I offered to fix it that day, and you said everything was fine with the taping it. The HOA does not allow split level AC units, which is what we have the floor AC units. Mahalo! Steve

The Ocean Views were amazing! We sat outside for all our meals. The place is well stocked for anything that you need for cooking, relaxing, or heading to the beach. We used the boogie boards to surf the waves at Hanalei Bay. Took several pictures of the sunsets from the west side of the grounds. We had a great time!

Steve is a great host, and his property is just as described. It's clean and well-appointed with everything we needed, with great views and a location that's convenient to everything on Kauai's North Shore. We highly recommend!

Perfect stay in Princeville

This property is in a wonderful location. We enjoyed the view, time on the balcony and exploring the area. Steve, the host, is an excellent communicator and makes his guests feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Great House and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked and just as described. We greatly enjoyed and appreciated all the beach and snorkel gear. The location was great for all north shore activities. Steve was a gracious host with great communication before and during our stay.

Perfect views and location

We really enjoyed our stay and waking up to a beautiful view each morning. The place had everything we needed incl beach gear. We loved it walking around Princeville and easy walk to the 1 hotel for coffee and hideaways beach.

Great north shore condo with beautiful sunset views
