Welcome to Turtle Palms at Val Vista Lakes!

**Newly Renovated kitchen, main floor bath, 3 living room areas, master bedroom, and master bath in fall 2024! This amazing property is located in a prestigious gated community, surrounded by many great restaurants, and exceptional shopping. Downtown Scottsdale is 25 minute drive and downtown Phoenix is 25 minutes. Golf is all around you!

The property has a pool and hot tub (85 degrees with heating fee) and is waterfront. It is meant for peaceful, family enjoyment. The home is 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and has a 75-inch TV on the main floor with cable. The master bedroom TV is for movies only or has access to Roku Firestick. The home can comfortably sleep up to 8 (but not exceed).

The whole backside of the house has large windows with views of the pool and waterfront and the outside area includes a very spacious covered patio, gas grill, patio furniture in a newly added extended patio, dock area, and 2 layout chairs for tanning. The private dock is enjoyable to sit on and watch the turtles and fish swim up to say hello to you!

Rented the house to visit in laws that snowbird in Mesa. It was very spacious for my husband and I and our 3 adult kids. It was clean and pictures online are accurate. The best part was the pool and also the kayaks were fun!!! Would definitely stay again!

Long weekend

The house is in a nice neighborhood & we felt very safe. It was a nice location to many places…we took in Gilbert, Mesa, and Scottsdale. Comfortable & plenty of space for 7 of us. Would stay again if in the area.

Perfect place to stay

A beautiful neighborhood, quiet and serene. We enjoyed the pool and kayaks very much. The home was spacious and exactly what we needed. The host is wonderful and easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a great place in Gilbert.

Great Home away

We rented the home as a central spot to anchor for a wedding in the area. The home was great - extremely clean and well kept and the hosts were very understanding. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the water or pool as much as we’d have liked to, it was still beautiful and calming to see and enjoy.

Val Vista Superbowl Visit

We enjoyed the facility but not able to utilize the amenities there due to cool weather. Looking forward for another opportunity to stay at this establishment again.

Very nice property

We really liked the outdoor space and the quiet mornings and evenings overlooking the water. The gated neighborhood is very attractive and well maintained. The photos accurately reflected the actual home. Some things could benefit from an update, especially the master shower. We enjoyed our 4 days at Turtle Pines!

Nice View - Needs Updating

Backyard is delightful and nice views. Birds are loud and nest around the house. Some might like it others might be annoyed. House didn't feel professionally cleaned. House is needing an update as decor and everything are dated along w carpet.

Thank you for staying with us. We haven’t heard any other feedback on a birds nest and will check that out. Yes the house is old and does need updating, but pictures are accurate. The carpet is 3 years old and we keep rental cost low compared to the area so there isn’t alot left over for updating right now.

Paradise doesn’t say enough!

This house is fabulous! Every bedroom had it’s once unique decor. 3 bathrooms meant we were all ready to go for what ever plans we had made for the day. The promise of turtles was fulfilled within minutes of arrival and a relaxing kayak trip around neighborhood and you could find tons more and plenty of ducks. The spacious house allowed tons of space for our entire family to stretch out and relax. The outside patio was great for sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather. We definitely will check the availability for this house next time we are in Gilbert!

Definitely recommend!

We are a group of over 60 life long friends, and we spent 7 days, 8 nights in this home, and had a very nice time! Lovely slightly older home, mostly well maintained. We had 1 issue that the owner quickly responded to. The pool was amazing, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. We commented more than once that the home actually appears lived in off season (which is a good thing). A lot of times there are minimal cooking utensils and very poor cookware, and this was not the case. Our only suggestions in the kitchen would be more baking sheets! It would also benefit from more table space in the home. We play a lot of cards and games at night, and there was only the kitchen/dining table available.All in all, a very lovely home, and we would definitely stay again.

Turtle Palms Exceeds Expectation!

Our group of 8 family members had a fabulous Christmas vacation at Turtle Palms! It was immaculate, well stocked, open and inviting. They even had Christmas decor up around the house that made it very festive for our celebration. The location was ideal in relation to resources for food, entertainment and shopping. We were close to the freeway to access the larger malls as well as the airport. The star of the week we spent was the gorgeous view from the back of the home. Being on the lake was magical as all the homes around us had lights up for the holiday-they sparkled and reflected in the beautiful water! Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets delighted everyone but were especially appreciated from the Master Suite balcony. Having use of the kayaks was also a much appreciated amenity. FYI, the lake is manmade and very calm so beginners will have no problem on the water. We used the pool and hot tub~5stars there for sure! This home has two stories which allowed for the children to have some quiet at night while the rest of us talked, played games and laughed till we cried :) The neighborhood is gated (!), beautiful and QUIET. If you're a noisy, rambunctious group and want to take it outside, I would caution against this rental only because of the absolute peacefulness of the location and neighbors. The owner was incredibly responsive during Christmas week and an absolute joy to work with. We'll be back!!!

Love the location

Did a work related get away with the girls ! Loved everything, the pool, the hot tub when we figured it out, they went above and beyond getting us some groceries and letting us use the kayaks

A Great Stay!

This is undoubtedly a great property. Every bit as represented by the photos. The home was nicely laid out, and the backyard pool was a lifesaver with our 2 grandchildren as weekend guests. The furnishings in the living room and master bedroom were a little spartan, but comfortable. Any questions were handled quickly. We would recommend the property without reservations, and may well rebook for next year. Richard and Gloria

Loved It!

We stayed here while our daughter had a tournament at Bell Bank Park. Easy drive to get there and Uber was quick! The property was perfect for our needs and the backyard is to die for. The pool was lovely and the views of the lagoon so peaceful. We used a kayak to take a spin around the lagoon too. For a quick weekend away and most time spent at the sports park, this home was a welcome retreat and felt like a real vacation. We would definitely book here again!

Great Location, Great House

My family and I stayed for a week at Turtle Palms and had a great great time. The house was well furnished with furniture, appliances and most things you could need in a kitchen. Its proximity to the 60 doesn't get much better. The neighborhood around the "lake" is lots of fun. At night you could sit on the back porch and watch the sun go down and occasionally a small group on a pontoon boat would cruise by and say hello. Our kids enjoyed the pool right out the back door. We enjoyed cruising the lake on the furnished kayaks early in the AM. You won't go wrong choosing this place. We loved our stay.
