Beautiful, spacious, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Ground Floor Condo right on the beach! Walk out a few steps from the living room or master bedroom patio directly onto the white sand beach with amazing turquoise ocean views. It can be rented as either the full 2 bedroom layout, a 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen, or as a studio with a kitchenette, (option details provided below). A few of the amenities of the full 2 bedroom layout include:
* 2 bedrooms each with king-sized beds
* 2 full baths
* 2 single Murphy beds in the living room
* Private patio accessed from the living room and master bedroom with direct
access to the beach
* Fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops

The condo is located in Castaways Cove which is adjacent to the Wyndham Reef Resort on the East End. The East End is considered the “quiet” part of the island. Take advantage of all that the Resort offers while maintaining your privacy (see the Resort layout in the Photos section). Some of the resort amenities include:
* Beautiful, private, white sand beach, lined with palm trees
* Reef-protected waters great for swimming and snorkeling
* 2 Beach-side pools with hot tubs
* On-site water-sports (kitesurfing, windsurfing, deep sea fishing, jet skis, SCUBA
diving, and more)
* Spa and fitness center
* Tennis courts
* Multiple dining options within walking distance including an outdoor tiki bar that serves food, a coffee shop, a Subway sandwich shop, and the Tides Restaurant

Just a short walk across the street there is a shopping plaza with a grocery store, liquor store (also sells beer and wine), gift store, and an Italian restaurant called The Italian Kitchen.
Car rental options are also available.

Accommodations are offered in three different ways when renting our condo. You may choose the Full Unit, Suite (side A) or Studio (side B). All Options are Ocean front where you can walk right out to the beach!

OPTION 1:
FULL UNIT- (1330 sq. ft.) … Offers you two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, entire Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, two Murphy beds, kitchenette and washer/dryer. This option sleeps up to 6 guests.

OPTION 2:
SUITE - Side A (910 sq. ft.) … Offers you one bedroom, one full bathroom, entire Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, two Murphy beds and washer/dryer. There is an air conditioning unit for the entire Suite. This option sleeps up to 4 guests.

OPTION 3:
STUDIO - Side B (420 sq. ft.) … Offers you one Master bedroom, one full bath and a kitchenette. The Kitchenette has a microwave, coffee pot, mini-fridge and utensils. There is an air conditioning unit for the entire Studio. This option sleeps up to 2 guests.

**To ensure your privacy, we will not rent both sides of the condo to other guests at the same time

* The rates listed on VRBO are for OPTION 1 (Full Unit). The rate for OPTION 2 (Suite- Side A) is 10% off the listed rates. The rate for OPTION 3 (Studio-Side B) is 15% off the listed rates.

* For all Options in renting our condo there is a strict NON-SMOKING policy.

* To assist you and your guests during your stay we have a wonderful on island property manager that lives close by

* All Caribbean waters may experience sargassum seasonally. Our resort uses their best efforts to clean and control this when it happens.

* We are fully licensed by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism and we are inspected annually to ensure your comfort and safety (Registration Number: A-797)
