Oceanfront Caribbean Style Villa that is centrally located in Bodden Town for a laid-back experience in tranquility. All 12 villas in complex are oceanfront with views of the sea. We have 6 villas on main floor and 6 villas on second floor. You can enjoy the pool with in-water bar stools or sit on a private beach near the ocean. We have a stretch of beach that allows you to walk for miles. We are surrounded by a coral reef giving our guests access to some of the best snorkeling on the island.

We absolutely loved staying here! Staying in Bodden Town was perfect for us - away from the hustle and bustle of the busy touristy parts of Grand Cayman, but close enough to drive into Georgetown for dinner or beach time. Also a perfect distance to day trip to the North or East areas! We loved having the pool to ourselves most of the time, as well as the beach. It was a shock when we’d see someone walk by! I recommend earplugs and an eye mask for sleeping as the road noise is a bit loud, and being an end unit there’s more natural light in the bedroom and living area. But overall we loved this place so much! And had spectacular service from the owner and property manager when we brought up a few minor inconveniences. We definitely plan to return!

Beautiful property! Karen and her husband Erell were very kind. Karen even stayed on the phone with me and directed me to the property when my gps failed. The views are immaculate and the place were very cozy and comfy. Loved the balcony as well. My only comment is there is no oven so it might be good for the property manager to add an air fryer. Otherwise, perfect place to stay. My favorite was walking down the beach to the Grape Tree Cafe. The food there is super yummy and the people were very friendly. Even allowed many of us to taste the food first. Great stay and would definitely recommend this property!

We LOVED our stay at Sea Palm Villas! We were on the upper floor, Unit #7. Huge balcony, great kitchen (with everything you need!), amazing panoramic ocean view, and the private beach & pool are wonderful. Fabulous snorkeling there, and the Bodden Town location is convenient to other great beaches such as Spotts Beach, and beaches like Cemetery Beach on the west end along Seven Mile Beach are about a 30 minute drive. The central location is ideal for access to everything, including the East End, Rum Point, and George Town. We loved so much about our 2 week stay: snorkeling (as mentioned), Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, Rum Point/Starfish Point, a Bioluminescence Bay tour, The Blowholes, a Cayman Crystal Caves tour, and historic sites around George Town & The Wreck of the Ten Sails site.There are some great places to eat on Grand Cayman: we enjoyed Cimboco (near Foster's supermarket), as well as Tukka East End. Also, Seaside Paradise (a.k.a. Paradise Jerk) and GrapeTree Restaurant are located along the local beach and within easy walking distance (we would often just walk to one of these places and get food to bring back to the villa). Foster's supermarket is terrific, and they also have bins outside to drop off your recycling items. There is also a smaller grocery store closer to Sea Palm Villas that is just fine and very convenient. We found the small liquor & wine store near the GrapeTree Restaurant to likewise be very convenient.GRAND TIME IN GRAND CAYMAN!!!

Awesome Beach Trip

The property was fantastic! Jane thought of everything and Karen and Errol delivered on anything we needed including restaurant ideas (wonderful). Fantastic room! Clean! Big! W/D! Bright! Storage space. And Grand Cayman is very nice!

Great Spot

We enjoyed our week at Sea Palm Villas. The view from our balcony was so wonderful. Coffee or drinks on the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing. The Villa had everything we could ask for…our host was there to greet us upon arrival to welcome us and show us around. Thank you :)

Best ocean views

This was our 1st time to Grand Cayman and thought this location was a great fit for us. It was nice that the property manager met us upon arrival, welcomed us into the beautiful, clean unit, did a walk through and shared WiFi passwords. The unit did not have a blender so I messaged the manager and she had one delivered. The views were amazing and we loved the pool area as well. Since we rented a car to drive the island it was nice to not be located around busy seven mile beach. The location was great! The beach was rockier than expected. We didn’t go into the water due to the rocks and larger waves as it was very windy but still enjoyed our morning walks every morning.
