L'Abri de la Krutenau - charmant Triplex

This charming 3-storey 60 m² flat in Strasbourg can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 7th floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 16 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 16 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190)
- One bathroom
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- two balconies for sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Strasbourg, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (please note that as the parking space is narrow, only small cars can park).

For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Strasbourg train station
- Nearest airport: Entzheim airport

Other notes :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

Access to the apartment is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette about 9 minutes' walk from the accommodation. ATTENTION: This launderette closes at 9pm, so check-in will not be possible after 9pm.

Nice Appartement

We enjoyed our stay there. The badsheet was dirty, but we didn‘t need it anyway because of the heat in the little bedroom. Beside this the Appartement is very nice!

Great location

Great location in Krutenau in the southeast part of Strasbourg. Apartment is on the 7th and 8th floors of the building. Don't worry, there's an elevator. Once you enter the front door, the two rooms are up another one and second set of steep stairs.Getting the front door lock open was a real challenge the first time. Could not get the key to rotate to unlock the mechanism. Some minutes and frustration later I got the lock opened.Nicely appointed kitchen with a deck with a great view of the cathedral. We ate breakfast here frequently. On our last night I enjoyed watching a lightning storm behind the cathedral. One bedroom was unusable for us since we were there in May 2025 and the weather was unseasonably hot. The window did not open so it was always warm/hot in there. We used the room to dry our laundry.We used the loft bedroom. It too was warm but a portable AC unit was there. We had to tape the exhaust duct onto the back of the AC unit to get the duct to stay attached. Luckily I had tape.The stairs. They're steep and open with handrails only on one side. My wife was scared of them. I was okay but not comfortable using them.Parking was a tight squeeze but it was fine.Would I stay here again? Maybe

L'Abri de la Krutenau Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meiner Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, besonders die Vielfalt an Geschirr hat mich positiv überrascht. Auch solche Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze, Öl, Shampoo und Seife waren vorhanden – ein großer Pluspunkt, denn das bieten nicht alle an und erspart einem den sofortigen Gang zum Supermarkt nach der Ankunft. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend, nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Stadtzentrum. Insgesamt ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

L'Abri de la Krutenau "Het appartement is heel comfortabel, ruim, compleet uitgerust en schoon. Heel goed voor 4 personen. Fijne badkamer en extra losse toilet. Het ligt op een rustige locatie met een supermarkt dichtbij en op loopafstand van het centrum. Ook heel fijn dat je de auto in de parkeergarage kwijt kan. Eerste keer wel even zoeken hoe je vanuit de parkeergarage naar de voordeur of van binnenuit naar de lift komt. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen."

L'Abri de la Krutenau "🙂 Große geräumige Wohnung, 2 tolle Balkone und sehr zentral. Ca. 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. In der gleichen Straße sind tolle Bars und Restaurants. 🙁 Die Unterkunft ist im Sommer sehr heiß da Dachgeschoss und es lässt sich kaum aushalten. Es gab keine Informationne zur Größe der Parkgarage. Mit unserem etwas größerem Auto (x3) konnten wir nicht hinunterfahren, da zu niedrige decken. Zusätzliche Parkkosten mussten bezahlt werden."

L'Abri de la Krutenau Ruim appartement met geweldige balkons. De balkons zitten aan tegenovergestelde zijde dus je kunt de zon ‘volgen’. Locatie was top, wij hebben alles met de voet gedaan. Het was echter ‘s nachts wel heel warm op de slaapkamers, ook konden wij nergens een waterkoker vinden terwijl dit wel in de omschrijvingen stond. Tevens zat het douche putje vol met haar.

L'Abri de la Krutenau "🙂 L'appartement traversant est joli, sur trois niveaux, avec un beau point de vue de chaque côté. Il est propre et juste à côté de l'université, et surplombe une rue avec quelques restaurants/bars. 🙁 La clé doit être récupérée dans une laverie relativement éloignée (10 min de marche), ce qui n'est pas très pratique si l'on est à pied avec ses bagages. La chambre d'en haut est sous les pentes de toits, il y fait donc un peu chaud en été. Les serrures de WC/salle de bain ne ferment pas."
