- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 650 m² private fenced garden
- A 40 m² south-west-facing terrace, arranged in an L-shape at the rear of the house, with furniture and barbecue for enjoying the fine weather
- A 28 m² garage with storage space, laundry area (sink, washing machine, tumble dryer) and freezer. Possibility of storing bicycles.

The house is ideally located in Denneville Plage, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. There is a mini-market nearby, as well as a restaurant in season, and all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market in the centre of Portbail, 5 km away, or in the centre of Denneville, 2 km away.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (3 cars).

- Nearest airport: Caen Carpiquet, about 113 km away (1h23 by car)
- We recommend that you use your car to make the most of your stay.
