At the entrance of Léon, a tastefully renovated house from the 30s, consisting of two bedrooms on the first floor (1 bed of 160 and another of 140), a large living room with open kitchen equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, bean coffee machine, ceramic hob), a bathroom and a separate toilet. In the back kitchen there is a washing machine and a dryer. Sheets are not provided.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms under the roof (two beds of 140), a bathroom, toilet and a large open space accommodating two beds and benches for children. This space has air conditioning.
Outside, the 1000 m2 garden is planted with trees and you will find a ping-pong table, a trampoline, a swing, and a plancha. We also have a vegetable garden in which you can help yourself. The great advantage of this house is that you will benefit from private access to the river La Palue, which is navigable by kayak and flows into Lake Léon. Two will be at your disposal with all the necessary equipment (paddle and personal flotation device). On the beach of the stream you can enjoy deckchairs and for the evenings guinguette lights and a brazier.
Finally, the Léon-Vieille Saint Girons cycle path passes in front of the house.
10 minutes from the ocean and 5 minutes from Lake Léon, city center of Léon 5 minutes by bike (Supermarket, many shops, daily market).
