This condo features sleek, yet subtle wooden touches throughout and a convenient open concept layout that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas together. After a day exploring Deer Valley and the surrounding areas, retreat to the living room space and spread out on one of the three comfortable couches available and watch your favorite movies on the flatscreen TV available right in front of you, or just enjoy a wholesome conversation with your guests as you all gather around the fireplace. Tired after a long day hitting the slopes? Worry not! Head over to your balcony (you'll have access to it either from the living room or the master bedroom) and soothe your muscles in the convenient hot tub as you overlook the village, or you might as well relax in the jetted tub.

Mont Cervin Plaza is a ski-in/ski-out luxury vacation rental in the heart of Deer Valley Resort's exclusive Silver Lake Village, which offers access to an array of shops and dining options on the ground level, including Deer Valley Resort's renowned restaurants in Silver Lake Village. Located three miles from historic Main Street in Park City, a car is recommended. However, you may also take the Park City Transportation by using the #4 Orange bus which runs every 30 minutes at 22 and:52 after the hour, directly to the Old Town Transit Hub on Main Street. The bus stop is located outside the building on Royal Street, outside ColeSport. The bus is free!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Amazing Location

Can’t beat the location. You are only steps away from the slopes which was nice with younger children. Deer Valley also offers a free ski storage right outside the building which was a nice added amenity that I don’t think is mentioned in the listing. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing with incredible views. My only complaint is not having an in person receptionist. Having to rely on the app or phone calls on a few simple questions we had was not easy. Many times I never heard back during our stay. Would stay there again though.

Great location mid-Mountain, comfortable beds, tons of linens. Very nice hot tub. Unfortunately the oven went out when we were there and we had bought some groceries to cook that went to waste but otherwise everything went to plan.

Great property a bit dated, dryer didn’t dry,

Had a great time. Check in was a bit of a nightmare never heard back from management company when asked multiple times where we could store our luggage til check in and then were somewhat chastised when the code worked so we went in early. Other management companies have been very accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in due to our flight schedule but felt management company was attaching a price tag to questions we asked ($$$ for earlier check in times based on the hour, price was twice the amount for their transportation company to pick us up versus a local limousine service).

Mountain retreat

Awesome location and property - really responsive owners

Great spot in a nice building. Everything was really clean and as promised, and we had tons of room inside. We did have an issue getting our SUV into the parking garage as we had a Thule on top, so we had to take that off and bring it into the room (which was not fun). Would book again in a heartbeat!

Spacious condo near the slopes

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Deer Valley at this condo. The condo was clean and spacious. Avant- was very receptive to questions and left us some nice gifts upon our arrival. The lift ticket office and ski valet were right outside our front door and the lift was steps away. The Mariposa restaurant is across the sidewalk and the Stein Erickson restaurant was also a short walk.

Perfect ski getaway

Mount Cervin #21 was perfect for a quick ski trip. You can't beat the location since it is literally steps from the chairlift and you can still walk to dinner at night. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! We hope to be able to stay there again!

Unparalleled Location and Convenience

Stayed at Mont Cervin about 5 or 6 times. There is no better location in DV. Love to stay mid-mountain in Silver Lake and doesn’t get any more convenient. Private hot tub is a must for us, and having a cocktail overlooking Bald Mountain is the best. Most of these units are identical aside from the third floor units which have vaulted ceilings. 2 and 1/2 baths are nice. Kitchens are nice sized as are the two full baths. Only drawbacks are the TVs, which in most units are dated and tiny. Unit 21 had a larger TV in the family room, but it was on dark/eco mode the entire time on some sort of lockout mode and everything we watched was incredibly dark. Disappointing since it was Final 4 weekend. Otherwise, amazing stay as usual.
