Great place to stay near Zion and Bryce Canyon. Sand caves, Peekaboo Slot Canyon and Great Chamber were bonus sights to see being in Kanab.The condo is really clean, comfortable and had everything you need.

Amazing property in a fabulous location! Communication and check in were clear and easy. The property was clean, and very well stocked. We loved the attention to detail to make the place a great home, and all the information folders about the local area were really useful. The kids loved the theming and the games available. Access to the pool, hot tub and gym was great. Could have easily stayed for longer.

We had an amazing stay in Kanab! Carol is a fantastic host. Her place was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. Communication was top notch. We took day trips Zion and Bryce, hike the nearby sand caves and enjoyed our time at the pool. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.

Excellent property, just what we needed

Our group consisted of 4 lady long distance motorcycle riders. We picked this property due to number of beds & location. We couldn't have been happier with everything. The host was great at communicating details, including suggestions for us when we came in without plans for the day. The condo was very clean & spacious. We enjoyed relaxing after a full day of riding. The pool looked nice although we didn't get a chance to use it. The appliances were top tier although we did not cook while there. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Carol, for the extra touches. We loved your decor.

Doris was a fantastic host and the condo was everything we could want or need. Kitchen was very well stocked with many complimentary extras. House was also very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this for anyone staying in Kanab.

Top 3 and then some!

This lovely townhouse immediately hit my top 3: 1. Super clean! 2. Well stocked and 3. Great beds and linens. After that the icing on the cake was the creative decor, the brand new appliances, the pool, hot tub and spectacular location. We stayed 8 nights but could have stayed longer. Carol gave us some great tips both before and during our stay. Thanks to her we made the most of our time. This is such a great central location to visit Bryce, Zion, Antelope, Best Friends and so many other places. We loved that you could walk to town for a meal, ice cream or just to get to know Kanab. We spent an entire day in Kanab alone visiting the museum, historical homes and hotels, movie sets and walking around finding all the plaques. We prepared all but one meal at home and were never wanting for anything in the kitchen. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We will be back.

Amazing place in Kanab!!!

Beautifully decorated, clean, & comfortable. The host thought of everything you could need.Loved the coffee pot and mugs in the master bedroom, and the cozy throw blankets. 100% recommend.

Perfect family spot for access to all the outdoor things

We stayed in Kanab for 4 nights. We had won the Wave lottery, and went to Bryce and Zion. We have 5 in our family and the house was just what we needed to spread out and relax after a long days of hiking. The hot tub was great to soak our feet and a full kitchen to prep all the food for the next day. Also having laundry facilities was amazing to prevent having to do tons of laundry when I got home. The kids loved the themed rooms and were eager to see them in person after months of looking at pictures. They were not disappointed. The rental is beautiful decorated and very clean. It was a quiet community and I felt safe with my family. I would highly recommend this rental if you are planning to stay in Kanab.

Kanab Stay

Perfect for our family of 5. Everyone has a comfortable place to sleep and room to not be on top of each other. Our entire family appreciated the attention to detail on the all of the bedrooms. The neighborhood was alive but quiet. Close to everything we wantes to do.

Amazing stay!!

I have stayed in many rental properties and this was one of my favorites!! They did such an amazing job of stocking everything you could possibly need. One of the best surprises was when we arrived from our long road trip very late at night. I went to the coffee pot to get it ready for the morning and it was already ready to go with fresh coffee grounds for the morning. Nice personal touch! Everything was clean and felt very homey. Thanks for everything!

Great base camp for exploring around Kanab

Easy check in, everything was clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub after hiking the Wave. Our only suggestion would be new couches and fixing the arm rest on the rocker.

We were two couples arrived at Kanab for visiting the local attractions like White Pocket Canyon, Bryce Canyon and some other beautiful places. Staying with Carol’s property was an ideal option for us. The condo was equipped with absolutely everything we could need during our stay. The apartment was spacy and very cozy as well. There was enough area for getting privacy when we needed it. Carol is a great owner. She was easily achievable and immediately responsive. The check-in and check-out were super easy and took just a few minutes. I will strongly recommend this condo to my friends who plan to come to Kanab

Clean, new, fully stocked and well equipped

The property is clean. Appliances are very new. Kitchen is fully stocked with condiments and utensils. More than enough towels for everyone. We will definitely stay here again in our visit. Many thanks to the super host!
