We enjoyed our stay at the Kanab property. Almost everything was like new. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Everything was provided, shampoos, soaps,towels for the hot tub. The carpet and sheets could use updated. The hot tub needs maintained better. The water was cloudy and no chlorine. It worked fine, just needs tlc. Overall really nice

The property was nice, everything was clean, the management was responsive. Good 1. The yard is big, clean, and a great place to gather. Plenty of lawn furniture. 2. The bedrooms are nice and the beds were very comfortable. 3. The kitchen and living room were spacious and a really great place to gather.Over all it was a great stay I just got stressed with some of the rules. Some I felt should be done by the cleaning crew or property manager. 1. Wash towels before leaving.. I did, but worried to leave something running when not there. Same with the dishwasher I washed everything by hand to avoid the dishwasher running without someone there. If something should happened, like a water hose broke that leaves the renter responsible. 2. Strip the beds and leave the sheets by the washer. I did it but thought this request is not necessary. 3. You can use the barbecuer, but no guarantee there's propane there. If there's no propane, you have to go down to the store and exchange the empty bottle to a new bottle.This is a little difficult when you're over seventy. I think there should be a back up tank if you offer a barbeque. We chose not to use it because if this reason. 4. No drinking red liquid on carpet. I understand but don't think its a practical request. I drink red wine and I felt I couldn't drink it while watching TV. .

Very nice town home. Clean and well supplied. It was convenient to park our boat on the street. Very easy check in/out. One suggestion is to upgrade the mattresses. We will book again.

Owner was very attentive to our questions during our stay. Place was clean. Loved the hot tub in the evenings after long hikes. Not far from Zion National Park and Page, AZ. Would definitely recommend if staying in the area.

Townhouse was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the laundry facilities and space to spread out a little after several nights in hotels. Kanab is adorable! From the townhouse, we did a UTV expedition to a slot canyon (amazing!) and a day trip to Zion NP. Great location and facility. Host very responsive. Being able to use the garage was a treat!

We stayed here for a two day Zion park trip. The house was immaculate, well decorated and comfortable. The host communication was excellent! Highly recommend!

Fantastic!

This property was beyond our expectations and we typically have a high bar. Particularly in cleanliness Great location, charming town, and beautifully appointed townhouse with large garage. Everything was excellent and we would highly recommend this property.

Once Upon a Time in Little Hollywood.

Formerly known as a great filming location, Kanab is now a gateway to the sights of southern Utah. The unit was very convenient to all of our desired destinations, as well as providing an ideal home away from home. The hot tub was a great amenity as well. Very well-cared for and clean. We highly recommend it to any and all.

Hiking in Kanab

Kanab townhouse was in a great location for restaurants and hikes. Very comfortable-everything was new and townhouse was well equipped. Liked having garage for car especially since it hailed. Definitely would stay here again.

Great rental

Overall we had a good experience with the rental. Clean, well stocked. Appreciated the use of garage door opener and garage during our stay. The beds are all a bit hard; not terrible, but not great. And not the homeowners fault, but it's VERY cold on the main level and very warm upstairs. Literally had to put sweatshirts on when sitting on the couch together (even though had thermostat set to 71 degrees and it was warm upstairs). I was also a little taken back to learn there is a camera outside on the hot tub. I get it from the homeowners perspective, but felt creepy to learn that there was a camera and they could see us in the hot tub. Made us wonder if there is audio too? I guess just be aware that there is a camera when using the hot tub. Overall its a nice property and priced fairly. Would recommend it to others.

Great place in a great location!

Our family enjoyed the stay in Kanab! We were close to Bryce, Zion and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. We had the added bonus of the Balloons and Tunes Hot Air Balloon Festival being in town while we there! The condo was clean and comfortable for our family!
