How’s this sound: You’re just a short walk away from the Quicksilver Chairlift and the Breckenridge Peak 9 base area and just a block away from the Breckenridge Free ride shuttle stop that can take you anywhere else in town – plus, Main Street is just a few blocks away. You’ll also enjoy access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs just a short walk from the complex. Tamarisk Alpine Condo is a great choice for you and your group!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a cool retreat for families or groups of up to seven people. The living area features a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV for catching a movie or the morning snow report. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, a dining nook that seats five, and there’s room for three more at the breakfast bar. And you can always step out onto the patio to take in the crisp mountain air or throw some steaks on the gas grill!

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facility access, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

We had a great stay. The host had the right touch level, the unit was really cozy and the prefect size for our family of 4. Parking was close and easy, but the location made walking a breeze!

The condo was nice, we enjoyed our stay! Clean, and the property management was very communicative. There was an issue with the dishwasher (100% user error) but they were quick to help out. The pool and hot tub were great amenities. We will definitely stay here again!

Breck Stay

Unit was very nice and safe. Communication was excellent and super close to main street. Laundry on site was helpful although it was in a little creepy area down stairs haha. If we come back to Breck I would book here again in a heart beat!

Perfect for family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is convenient to Main Street but is kind of tucked away so it is relatively quiet & peaceful. Short walk to the Blue River with easy access to hiking trails. Condo itself was very comfortable for our family of 4.

New Year’s ski trip

Location for property is great, short walk to Quicksilver Lift and ski rental. The condo was stocked and ready with all basics. We were 6 adults and the accommodations were comfortable for all. The property manager replied to all our inquiries immediately and very friendly and informative

Place was great. The hot tubs are a short walk and are only open from 12-8pm. This was the only negative about this place. Host provided a lot of spices and things to cook with. Moose came right up to the back door in the am! Great location. Cozy spot for 3-4 people.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything here was fantastic. The only two minor irritations were how tight/ limited the parking was due to piles of snow, and the people upstairs could be heard stomping around at times. Other that, everything was perfect and in working order. I would stay here again unless I could find another place closer for the same amount!

Great place to enjoy Breckinridge

The condo was very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was small and really well equipped. The master bed was very comfortable. The location was great-we were able to walk most places. The first night our bedroom was warm and I texted the host that we could not turn off the heater. They were super responsive and gad a repair guy there the first morning to fix it. I would rent here again!

Overall a good property. The kitchen was stocked decently and it was clean. One concern we had was the baseboard heating covers were not attached and seemed like a safety concern. There were electrical cords next to open baseboard heating elements.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time using Vrbo. The communication before and during was great. The unit was clean and even better than we’d expected. The location was perfect! Some other reviewers had mentioned the noise from neighbors and while we did notice this, it was not an huge issue. We enjoyed having the extra room versus staying at a hotel or resort. We used the pool a few times which was awesome for the kids, it was heated so the two of us adults enjoyed it as well! We played a couple of the board games that were in the unit which was an added bonus. Would stay there again!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location - close to one end of Main street (we walked to Breckenridge Brewery), and within walking distance to Peak 9 (the Village) but we ended up driving because it was a bit too far for our 6 year old. Loved the 2 beds in the guest room for our kids. And we really loved the gas fireplace - we used it daily to keep the living room warmer (on really cold days, it can be chilly in the main living space because of the glass sliding doors) but the fireplace helped warm it up. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated having 2 bathrooms with shower/tubs so multiple people could shower at the same time. We never ran out of hot water. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. It is on the bottom floor of the condo which means you do not need to climb up stairs in ski boots but if there is someone in the condo above, you can hear them walking around. We loved being on the first floor so we could go out the sliding doors and play in the untouched snow right outside the condo. We also enjoyed the board games (Battleship, Sorry, and a couple others). We would stay here again! It had everything we needed and was in a great location.

Great location and good communication and service. Fireplace did not work, some of the towels were tattered and quite a few exposed floor radiators. Kitchen utensils were light ex-no pot large enough to cook spaghetti, had to use the wok. Overall reasonable accommodation, with an incredible location. Pool and hot tubs were excellent as well.
