INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:

- We maintain the pool at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $35/day or $225/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!

- Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

- Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; Pack N Play, stroller, highchair, and safety gate

- We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

Beautiful home

This place was fantastic ! Felt so comfortable and at home. It had everything we needed. It was close to everything, yet far enough for quiet time. We loved everything about this place. We had 2 children, 1 dog & 3 adults. No complaints at all. Will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay at the property. It was everything that was listed in the description. The kids loved the pool and the themed rooms. We loved that it was close to all the parks. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Disney Trip

Stayed here for our family Disney vacation and had a great time. The townhome is only approx 9 miles to the parks and an easy drive to and from. It is in a gated community which is great!

Family Spring Break

I was able to totally relax at this site..The place was so clean and quiet. I actually had surgery and was able to recuperate while my daughters safely manuvered around the facility. Worth the money. The only thing I was not aware of was All of the bedrooms were upstairs.
