Maui Sonshine: ¡Disfruta del sol!

Hola y bienvenidos a Maui. Estamos aquí para ayudarlo a que su estadía en Maui sea la mejor. Este condominio para no fumadores ha sido completamente remodelado. Todas las ventanas nuevas, puertas correderas y marcos. Todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. Nuevo aire acondicionado de 18,000 Btu. Este condominio ha estado en la familia desde 1981. Hemos tratado de incluir todo lo que necesita para estar cómodo. Mi hermana Terri limpia el condominio y tiene fama de ser la mejor. Ella ha estado limpiando en Maui Vista desde que se construyó en 1980. Todo está limpio y en orden. Ropa de cama, toallas, lavadora y secadora nuevas, lavavajillas Bosch nuevo y silencioso. Nueva estufa y horno de acero inoxidable, Nueva nevera Bosch de acero inoxidable. La cocina está bien equipada. Aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo e internet de alta velocidad. Además, el teléfono digital le permite llamadas de larga distancia ilimitadas en cualquier lugar de los EE. UU. Y Canadá.

Maui Vista tiene 3 edificios. Nuestro condominio se encuentra en el edificio frontal frente al océano en el piso inferior en el medio del edificio. La playa de Charley Young está justo al otro lado de la calle. Estamos a una corta distancia a pie de 'The Cove', donde puedes alquilar tablas de surf o paddle y equipo de snorkel y puedes tomar clases de surf allí mismo. El 'Maui MarketPlace' está a una cuadra de The Cove, donde puedes comer comida local y comprar artesanías locales. Hay muchos lugares para comer y comprar a poca distancia del condominio. Maui Vista Resort está situado en el corazón de Kihei y está rodeado de playas de arena. Genial para niños pequeños. Maui Vista Resort tiene una de las tres piscinas justo en frente de nuestro condominio, barbacoas y canchas de tenis justo detrás del condominio. Este es un condominio popular. El paisaje es hermoso. Great week in Maui! This location is perfect small cross of the street to the beach! We used the chairs and cooler provided. AC in the bedroom was awesome and the entire apartment was comfy. Special location for walking, we didn’t rent a car until the last two days. Highly recommend this property!

A Highly Recommended Property

This property was clean, well appointed, and in an excellent location. Close to everything including the complex office, security, the pool, the beach, shopping and restaurants. The owner, Greg, was very responsive to my enquiries and helpful. Greg showed excellent communication from the start with prompt replies and lots of suggestions on things to do. The beach was a short stroll away where I was able to enjoy the sunset on provided beach chairs, towels, and cooler! The amenities available were unbeatable! Condo was clean, well decorated with AC units and fully stocked kitchen, bed, bath (and beyond!)

Great condo in a great location

My husband and I loved the condo! Greg left a welcome package in the kitchen, and many amenities to use to make the stay easier so we didn't have to buy everything like sunscreen, towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, etc. The condo was extremely clean, and we loved the decorations! It was our first time in Maui, and we tried a few different beaches, but the one right across the street (Charley Young) was our favorite - beautiful, relaxing, and calm waters. The condo is very close to local shops and food trucks, so you don't have to wander far. We would definitely stay there again!

Awesome stay at a Awesome condo!!

Really enjoyed our stay at unit 1111 at Maui Vista. The condo was really clean and tidy and had awesome updates in the kitchen, living area, and bathroom which really made it stand out compared to the average units at this complex. It also had great access to the beach across the street and the community pool was only steps away from the ground floor patio. The complex is centrally located in Kihei with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance which was really convenient. If you're looking for a really comfortable condo in a great location I would highly recommend staying in this unit!!

One of the best in Kihei!

I travel to Maui several times per year for work and I have stayed in a lot of different vacation rentals throughout Kihei. I've only found one other place comparable to this unit. Nicely updated! Ground floor unit just across from the crosswalk to Charley Young beach. Even though its on the street side and near a well traveled stretch of sidewalk, the noise was still minimal. Great place to stay!! My only complaint is that the bed was too soft for me, but this place still gets 5-stars because everything else outweighs that minor inconvenience.

Great Stay at a Fantastic Property

We had a great 2+ week stay at Greg's property. The Maui Vista is in a fantastic location along S Kihei Road - relative to Charley Young Beach, Kalama Park, groceries and dining. This condo is probably one of the best locations in the complex (in our opinion) - close to the pool, close to the road, close to parking, close to barbeques, close to garbage room (but not too close) with a large ground floor lanai. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. Greg was very responsive to any requests that we had - we had a couple of questions when we first arrived - and made sure that we were taken care of. Thank you Greg.

Well stocked and clean in a perfect location!

My daughter and I spent week in this property to celebrate her high school graduation. We have been to Maui several times and have even stayed at Maui Vista before.The property we had previously stayed in was unavailable but fortunately for us this one was available. It’s a highly desirable ground floor unit facing the beach. It’s very quiet and safe, there is on site security but this unit is in the heart of Kihei, a very safe and convenient location.Communication with Greg was excellent, from the initial conversation to my thank you message. There was plenty of parking, washer and dryer in the unit and all the utensils, beach chairs, cooler and everything we could ask for.The bed and couch are very comfortable. There is AC in the living room and also in the bedroom. I used the AC briefly after a day in the sun, cools down quickly. This is something my wife will love when we return next spring.The unit is decorated nicely, really captures the tropical vibe. The pool was nice, never crowded and very clean.I would recommend this property at the highest level.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and well situated. We could walk to most places when we needed something. The condo was cozy and we had everything we needed. I think the only thing my hubby had a problem with was one frying pan I think maybe at some point someone overheated it and it bowed in the middle. Enjoyed the patio for coffee and got to listen to some gentleman whistle each morning and trust me he could carry a tune. There was excellent communication with property owner and check in was a breeze. The only thing I would suggest for improvement for the complex would be to lighten the pickleball lines on the courts they were hard to see. The grounds were well maintained and everything looked really nice and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Maui Vista

We enjoyed the stay in our condo, which was wonderfully decorated. It was a very good size for 2 people. The location of the condo was great, both on the property and in town. We were able to walk in either direction to find places to eat and shop. Everything we could need was provided. Loved the beach chairs. Greg was easy and accessible to deal with as we had problems with the TV. Our overall stay was great. However, we have a small comment regarding the pillows - they were awful. We even tried using 2 with the addition of the ones from the linen closet - still bad, sorry. The rest of the bedding could be upgraded as well. But again, we loved our stay and are thinking of returning. Thanks, Greg!

This is our 2nd time staying in condo 1111 on the main floor. The condo has been updated since our first stay, with stainless steel appliances, different furniture in the living room with added comfy chair and foot stool. The condo has everything you need and more, even has a coffee grinder! This condo is the cleanest condo we stayed in to date! Perfect location on the ground floor and we didn't need to use the air conditioner with the breeze from the windows and the ceiling fans were all that were needed. Charlie Young Beach is right across the street. The condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for the beach, including umbrella. (read a previous review stating there was no umbrella). Great location for the barbeque just steps away from the door and pool is steps away from the lanai. Fantastic restaurants close by, we tried Fred's (Mexican) down the street and food was great and the portions were huge! Safeway has the least expensive coconut cream pie and very yummy! The owner was very accommodating with any questions we had. My husband and I would like to Thank You for making our holiday a positive memorable stay in your condo. Your condo was great. The only improvements I would request was better lighting in the bathroom and the step up into the kitchen caught me off guard a few times and I stubbed my toes! Otherwise it was perfect.

Excellent location

The condo was right across the street from Kamole Beach 3. It was very well stocked with everything that we needed for cooking and the beach (towels, cooler, etc.). We only had 2 complaints - we had to go purchase more toilet paper and hand soap for the bathroom for our 2 week stay and the road noise when we sat on the lanai - we never heard noise inside of the unit. The pool was small, but nice and clean.

Perfect location

A condo that feels like it belongs to someone who actually uses it and lives there some of the time. It is well equipped, perfect location -- probably our favourite swimming beach on the island and easy going, responsive host. Food and good coffee nearby, turtles at both end of CY beach. Never got to the tennis court but its in great shape. Will absolutely return.

Maui Vista Resort is centrally located in sunny Kihei directly across the street from very popular Charley Young beach. It's a beautifully landscaped property with all the amenities you'll need right on the property; Pools, BBQ's, Tennis courts and Free Parking.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Well, my condo is a little different. It's fun! Just walk out the lanai, across the street to the beach. The pool is right out the door and across the grass, but you will still enjoy your privacy and quiet with the new double pane windows and 18,000 BTU AC in the living room and a portable 6000 BTU AC in the bedroom. We're on the bottom floor so you don't have to take an elevator or stairs to get to your unit and conveniently located to nearby pools, BBQ's and tennis courts.
