Maui Vista # 2109 Planta Baja! La mejor ubicación en Kīhei! ¡Echar un vistazo!

Maui Vista es uno de los complejos de condominios más céntricos de Kihei, a solo 25 minutos en automóvil del aeropuerto. Estamos a poca distancia de tiendas, restaurantes y tiendas de comestibles. Al otro lado de la calle está la playa Charlie Young, donde puedes ver los amaneceres y las puestas de sol más espectaculares que jamás hayas visto. El histórico Wailea se encuentra a solo 5 minutos y Lahaina, conocida por su encanto del casco antiguo, muchos restaurantes y tiendas de moda, como las tiendas outlet, se encuentran a 40 minutos en auto a lo largo de las hermosas playas de arena.

Nuestro condominio es un cómodo dormitorio con aire acondicionado, un baño que tiene capacidad para 4 personas y utiliza el sofá cama de tamaño completo. Como unidad de planta baja, tenemos un Lanai extra grande con vistas al jardín y la piscina (una de las tres) está a solo unos pasos. La playa de Charlie Young, también conocida como Kamaole I, se encuentra a pocos pasos de la calle.

Este condominio de vacaciones para NO FUMADORES se encuentra a pocos pasos de la piscina en el nivel del suelo en el Edificio Dos. Para su total comodidad, tenemos aire acondicionado, dos ventiladores de techo y un ventilador de piso para que se sienta cómodo.

Queríamos crear un hogar lejos del hogar, ya que tendrá todos los elementos esenciales que necesitará para su estadía. Algunas de las comodidades y el mobiliario del hogar que encontrará en nuestro apartamento para estadías cortas o prolongadas incluyen:

Incluso suministramos un vagón de playa para administrar su equipo de playa sin esfuerzo (¡una obligación si también está haciendo malabares con niños!) Charlie Young Beach es una de las playas de arena blanca más hermosas de Maui y es conocida como una de las mejores. Es común ver tortugas marinas nadando cerca de la costa y ballenas en la distancia durante la temporada de ballenas.

Amazing stay, felt like a nice little home. Kitchen fully equipped and nice comfy bed to lay down. I love staying at Maui Vista when i come out to see family. Hands down one the the best stays.

Stayed here for our honeymoon, overall was a fantastic space! The condo was clean, granite counter tops and king size bed. We especially loved the wagon, beach chairs, cool cabana beach shade and coolers, had everything we needed for a full day at the beach. The access to Charley young beach was right across the street and out of every beach we visited in Maui, this one is definitely the most private and quiet! The condo had everything we needed for cooking, laundry etc. the air conditioned is on a 4 hour timer, however the ceiling fans do help cool the place down. Nice outdoor lanai with a table and umbrella facing the pool! We loved our stay and will be back again(:

Great location

Easy access to the pool and beaches. The condo had many amenities - beach toys, chairs, etc. Laundry soap and cleaning supplies provided. The living room picture you see when you first review the condo site is not accurate, despite a written description, in a later picture, noting the modification. I missed that. It is a smaller condo than what I visually expected from the pictures. No place to put luggage. The condo is old and would benefit from some upgrades example outdoor patio, linens and pillows. I understand the importance of termite spraying, but it should be scheduled between rentals, not during.

Great location

Close to CYB and Kam 1. Pool is right out the back door. Relatively clean. Would recommend staying if you are ok with tight spaces. The location makes this place the best!

Lovely week

Almost perfect but we couldn’t get the cable tv to work - maybe our fault. The bathroom sink was partially clogged which for some reason it seems to be a common problem. The kitchen was stocked well with necessary amenities. Also couldn’t get the bedroom air conditioner to work - also maybe our fault. My husband didn’t like how you could hear virtually everything anyone said while walking outside by our bedroom wall but probably not much you could do about it. Subtle complaints but overall ….a lovely facility!

Not hyperbole, PERFECT small family condo!

Trying to keep this short and sweet, but there's no way other than to say that Brie thought of everything for her guests. Full kitchen, utensils, cookware, appliances, even seasonings! Extra towels, blankets, pillows. Sunscreen and after sun in the bathroom. Ready-to-go Beach set (that was utilized fully every single day): chairs, umbrella, coolers, picnic table, sand castle toys, boogie boards, snorkel masks and fins. Cold A/C units for bedroom and living area. Wifi was dependable. Perfect location in kihei, walking distance from anything and everything (beaches, food/ drink, shopping). Ground floor, next to pool, but facing away from wind which was a good thing during a blustery November trip. Only regret was that i forgot to sign her guest log! Family of 4 or less recommended, it's a 1BR/1BA.

we loved the location close to all Amenties and beaches we had a couple of concerns and Brie was very prompt the condo was nicely furnished and lots of kitchen and beach needs i would suggestchanging VRBO listing as it states all guests receive a flower arrangement and chocolates and local fruit and this is not given ....i would of liked to see tub surrounding cleaner and work on Lanai floor ...This did not affect our stay of 6 weeks tho and we had a Awesome Time in Beautiful Time MAHALO AS m

Fabulous Experience

Everything was fabulous, new and comfortable pillows, comfortable bed, tons of things for the beach, clean, great location, a well stocked kitchen, and when texting Brie about an issues she responded quickly. I will recommend this place to others and definitely stay here again.

Great value and close to everything!

This was the perfect property for our family of 3. The pool is right outside the lanai, the beach is right across the street, convenience store shopping is 2 blocks away, restaurants and shopping is 3 blocks away. The unit is clean and updated and the ac works great. The owner is extremely responsive and problems are fixed immediately. We will be back.

Great location!

Property was clean and well stocked with beach supplies. Grocery and restaurants are close by. Charley Young Beach is a short 5 min walk. It is a great sandy beach for swimming without water shoes (no coral). Highly recommend!

Loved our Maui vacation

All in all this condo unit was everything we excepted. Brie was easy to communicate with and quick to answer our questions. We will definitely be renting from her again.

Amazing

The condo was clean and well stocked for everything that you will need for your stay. The location was PERFECT! With it being right next to a great beach we were able to go twice a day. All of the beach equipment that was there to use was perfect and so handy. We would stay again if we are in Maui. Thank you for such a great experience.

Nice girls getaway

Communication with Brie before our arrival was quick and efficient. Really appreciate the quick responses to questions. Upon arrival it was easy to retrieve keys and gain access. Location is great. Few steps to the pool and of course the short walk down to the beach. Being on the first floor was great to just load up the wagon and head out. Condo had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen, outside seating, coffee makers, extra bathroom and beach towels and sheets. Apple TV was great for the 4 yr old while the adults got ready for the day. Apple TV wasn't really working in the bedroom but we made due. King size bed in bedroom was comfortable. The sofa bed could use an update as it's worn out and quite uncomfortable even for the kids. We ended up purchasing an air mattress for two of us to sleep comfortably in the living room. Overall our stay was nice and comfortable and worked well for us with a bit of creative placement for all of our luggage and bags that come with 3 adults and a toddler.

During my booking an unfortunate event took place. This event had nothing to do with the owner. The owner contacted me personally and went so far above and beyond to assist my son and I. I have never been treated with such kindness and compassion. The owner made my trip to Maui incredible! I would book with her again and again. The property was beautiful and office staff were very kind. I can not express my gratitude enough! Por qué escogió este alojamiento

After looking at many, many condos in Maui trying to find the best in terms of amenities, location, management, affordability...I found Maui Vista to encompass everything that I was looking for and at a price good enough to be able to transfer the saving on to you! This property has style, very good management, beauty, location near beaches and walking distance to all your needs, well maintained grounds, tennis courts, pools, BBQ's and much much more which makes this property perfect. This condo in particular has one of the biggest Lanai's and is just steps from the pool and tennis courts. As a ground floor there is no need to walk too far with groceries. It is safe for kids to play and the room itself is comfortable, clean and full of possibilities. There is an A/C unit in the bedroom and living room and a brand new cabinet bed in place of the sleeper sofa for a much better sleeping experience having a solid base and thick mattress. I own the condo immediately next door as well so please let me know if you are interested in renting both!

Kihei has much to offer. The proximity to one of the best beaches in Maui and the layout of Maui Vista with plenty of parking, pools, tennis courts and BBQ's on beautiful grounds make it an all encompassing perfect place to be. Here is just some of what you can enjoy:

Kihei is beach-combing territory on Maui’s southwest shore, the sunniest, driest end of the island. Once a regular destination for sojourning Hawaiian royalty, Kihei features six miles of beaches, which offer clear views of Kahoolawe, Molokini, Lanai and West Maui. Along with swimming and surfing you can also find great snorkeling and kayaking, and you may even spot a giant humpback whale spouting or breaching the ocean’s surface.

Along-side many of the beaches you'll see volleyball nets open to the public. Many people take advantage of these nets as you will see...its rare not to see people enjoying a fun game with friends/family or newcomers!

Not too far is Kihei’s Kalama Beach Park which has shady lawns and palm trees dotting its 36-oceanfront acres. A blink away are Kalpolepo, Waipuilani and the three beaches of Kamaole. Birdwatchers and nature lovers will find what they’re looking for at Kealia Pond on the north end of Kihei. This National Wildlife Conservation District features endangered Hawaiian stilts and coots.

Also north of Kihei is Maalaea Bay, where pleasure boats launch to take visitors on whale watching expeditions, charter fishing excursions and snorkel trips to Molokini. Maalaea is also home to the family friendly Maui Ocean Center.

You can also browse small shopping malls, a bustling farmers market and a spate of restaurants, all of which cater to residents and visitors alike. Nightlife here includes karaoke spots, dance clubs and sports bars ensuring your Kihei nights are just as fun as your days.
