Ideally located: 100m from the funicular, 200m walk from the beach, 350m from the casino, 100m from the Quai François 1er with its shops and restaurants.

Single-storey apartment, with private entrance, located on the first floor of a small condominium of 4 apartments (each apartment has its own private entrance).

It has been completely renovated with quality materials.

It is composed of an entrance, a living room with 140cm TV (Netflix included) and dining area that can accommodate 5 guests, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, oven, TASSIMO pod machine etc.), a bathroom with large walk-in shower and two bedrooms.

The 1st bedroom includes a 160*200 box spring bed with a top-of-the-range SIMMONS mattress. A dresser and a desk area complete the set.

The 2nd bedroom includes a bunk bed that can accommodate children and adults up to 90kg, thanks to its generous dimensions: 90*200.

Linen is provided and the beds will be made on arrival (except for the trundle bed, the sheets of which will be under the chest of the bed in bedroom 1).

Attention: bath linen not provided. Possible as an OPTION: €5 per person.

To complete the set: a beautiful terrace with a view of the cliff and equipped with a dining area and deckchairs.

Also available: a high-performance washer-dryer.

The little extra: a grocery base is present in the accommodation and a surprise for our youngest travelers.

NOTICE TO PET OWNERS: our animal friends are welcome, but to respect the comfort of all travelers, they are strictly forbidden to climb on the beds and sofa (a deduction of 100€ from the deposit will be made in case of breach)
