This charming modern farmhouse has 3 bedrooms and three full baths this spacious 3k sq ft home is spacious can easily accommodate 12 guests. With the open floor plan with a living room, outdoor patio, and private splendid pool with hot tub/spa this home is perfect for big family gatherings. Tranquil location with easy access on well-paved roads just off Highway 289 and 15 miles to Frisco. Min to Celina downtown.

Guests can relish an up-close encounter with goats, cows, free-range chickens, guineas, and peacocks, presenting a wonderful opportunity to experience genuine farm animals. Furthermore, our amiable farm dog, Great Pyrenees named Leo, resides in the pasture alongside the livestock, providing delightful companionship throughout your stay.

We stayed here a little over a week ago for my birthday party with my parents and about a dozen teenagers, and the property is absolutely beautiful. The owner is very quick to reply to any messages or questions we had which made our stay even better. The dogs are very sweet and Victor even let us take eggs from the coop to take home. One thing though, the pool was not clean when we got there for check in during the day, but with the help of the owner and our own efforts, it was clean enough to swim in the same night. Regardless, the property is very spacious and has just about everything you need to have the perfect get away, an overall amazing experience.

The stay was good, the only thing is the pool tiles kept falling out, and there were many of them already missing and the bricks around the soaking tub were close to falling into the main pool. Victor was nice gave us farm fresh eggs, they did schedule some sort of pool survey right in the middle of the day we had planned our child’s birthday so that was just a little strange to have them doing that. But the house is nice and animals are great. We had a wonderful time. The 10 am wake up time was a drag but they did allow us to have early check in so it balanced out

Prom weekend

This property exceed our expectations! The property is beautiful. We had a group for Senior prom and had plenty of space for all of the kids and adults. The backyard is huge and has a wonderful fire pit perfect for smores. The goats, chickens and house dog Leo made the trip even better. We were allowed to collect fresh eggs and even feed a baby goat. Victor was an excellent host, he even brought us a can opener that we needed. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay with a group! You won’t want to leave.

It was a work in progress.

Lack of furniture ie- lamps,chairs,kitchen utensils,etc. Obnoxious chickens, dog, goats, etc. Generally not very clean or under some repair or replacement.

Celebration of Life

We had my Dad's celebration of life at this property. It was a perfect venue to host this and wonderful to stay at. We had about 35 people that came to the celebration and 6 ended up staying the night. We could have fit 12 if anyone else wanted to sleep there. Victor was a great host. He answered all my questions quickly and was very easy to talk to. I highly recommend this beautiful house. We were discussing coming back for a family reunion!

The Perfect Place for Our Family!

We absolutely loved staying here for the weekend! We enjoyed the private pool and seclusion of the large property. Our kids loved interacting with Leo the farm dog, the goats, and the chickens. Our daughters loved collecting eggs for breakfast. Victor responded quickly and addressed all our needs. We were sad to leave and hope to return to this cute farm house next time we’re in town!

Wonderful

The property was wonderful for our family. The kids loved the pool and solitude of the farm. Victor and his wife were gracious enough to come out and show us the farm and talk to the kids about all the animals. They let us take the eggs we collected and let us harvest some of the gourds they had growing. We did have a couple of minor issues come up during our stay but victor answered his phone quickly and even called back later to check on us. Overall, highly recommend the property.

Heavenly Country Peace

We were in the Dallas area for a baseball tournament and wanted a house with a pool (because it's HOT in TX after playing baseball.) We needed a fenced in area for our dogs, and this was absolutely perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. There is an Brookshire's grocery store within 5 min and it had lots to pick from. We enjoyed the goats, cows, chickens, and the farm dog, Leo! We even got to pick our own fresh eggs in the morning for breakfast. Sitting out by the pool in the morning with coffee, and your choice of beverage at night was wonderful as you can see the countryside and hear all the nature sounds. It was an amazing break for our city life. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Absolutely! The host and the property exceeded expectations. The host's responsiveness and assistance were exceptional, making the stay even more enjoyable. Wonderful!

The farmhouse is a great place for families. We live in the area and needed a place to stay, last minute while our home underwent renovations. Victor was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable during our stay. The house is clean, with ample space for our family and our dogs. Our kids loved playing with the goats and Leo, the farm dog. The farm fresh eggs every morning were wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Family getaway

We all had a blast at this wonderful farmhouse!! The outdoor spaces and views absolutely make this property!! We were out on the huge back patio/deck morning, noon, and night. The sunsets were incredible and we loved gathering fresh eggs and wandering with the goats and sweet farm dog, Leo!! The property manager is very responsive and generous.

Thanksgiving at the Farm House

Our family had a wonderful stay at the farm house. The property was just as advertised and better. The highlight of our stay was waking up every morning to collect the eggs for our breakfast and feed and play with Leo the farm dog. Highly recommend for a family get together away from it all but yet conveniently located to the main town of Celina. Hoping to be back again one day!

Spectacular Farmhouse In Celina Texas

We enjoyed our son’s 21st birthday in Celina. The farmhouse was spectacular, incredible, spacious, and beautiful. Definitely an iconic event and a wonderful place to host it. Thanks to our super host Victor and his wife for making our event so special. We will definitely be sharing our memories for many years to come.
