5 dormitorios, 4. 5 baños, 6000 pies cuadrados Rancho casa en 55 acres con pasador totalmente equipado y liberar estanque y 3 plazas de garaje. Puede alojar cómodamente 13 adultos y 6 cunas para niños con ropa de cama siempre. Gran sofá puede dormir tres adicionales. En el borde estar de buen tamaño con vista del lago con dos sobre mesas de comedor de tamaño para acomodar a 19. cocina totalmente equipada con 3 hornos, dos lavabos, uno al lado del refrigerador lado / congelador, cocina de gas, lavadora y secadora. Fuera del área de entretenimiento con patio cubierto, pozo de fuego, gas y parrilla de carbón, y amplios asientos para todos. Hamacas, columpios para niños, mesa de ping pong, cama elástica, aro de baloncesto, y una mesa de hockey de aire. armario de madera equipada con madera para el invierno. I can't say enough good about this home or the owners. We used it for out-of-town wedding guests, and they had such a great stay. They had everything...games, outdoor seating with firepit, fishing, you name it. Lots of space for guests to spread out and a well-appointed kitchen. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and kind. Would book again 10 out of 10 times.

This place was absolutely perfect vacation spot for our large group of friends and family. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to engage every age group. Fantastic getaway for a big group or family

We had a group of 15 staying in the house (with ages from 10 to 72), and everyone was absolutely satisfied with the accommodations. Lots of fun things to do (pool table, ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, and cornhole), plenty of space in the kitchen and dining areas, and lots of lounging space in the living room. The outside was just as good, with plenty of seating on the covered patio plus our choice of grills and a smoker to cook on. But the biggest hit was the pond, which kept our kids entertained for days reeling in perch and bass. Even in the summer heat, we had a fantastic time. We will absolutely be looking to come back here for our next family gathering!

What a wonderful property! This beautiful home is one of a kind. You will enjoy fishing a few steps behind the house. My teens and father caught a lot of fish! Beautiful lake views. So relaxing. I enjoyed coffee on the beautiful back porch. I will definitely return in the future if available.

Excellent stay

The pictures definitely don’t do this place justice! The house is so amazing and feel like your right at home. The owner was easy to communicate with and made our stay wonderful. The stocked pond was enjoyed by all. Was peaceful to just sit out and enjoy the view over the pond. If you love the outdoors and want a place to feel comfortable and relax this is definitely the place to go!!! We loved it

Christmas 2024

This place was fabulous!! We gathered with 14 adults, 4 children, and two infants. The space was amazing - both indoors and outdoors. It rained the morning of one of the three days, but there was plenty of space and things to do. Multiple TVs, pool table, foosball and lots of games were available on site. Once the weather cleared, the kids enjoyed fishing in the beautiful pond/lake just off the outdoor patio/porch area.The kitchen was magnificent - gas stove top and three ovens - completely stocked with prep and serving dishes. There's a huge refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen and another regular size in the garage. We had lots of counter space for prep and serving. There was enough dining seating to seat all of us. The host did an amazing job showcasing the property with beautiful Christmas decor both inside & outside. The photos don't begin to do this place justice. Our family members quickly commented, "Let's get this place every year!"

A beautiful escape to the country

Our family met for a reunion at this 55-acre ranch located an easy drive just north of Dallas. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, which was great since there are many cooks in our family. The furnishings are beautiful and there was lots of space for the 10 children in our group. There are plenty of games for both kids and adults, including a pool table. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. She always responded quickly to questions. Everyone in our group agreed that we need to plan another get-together at this location.

Eclipse watching!

This is absolutely an amazing property. It was perfect for our family gathering which was for 7 adults and 9 children ages 4 through 12. Seven of these children were boys! All the kids loved the variety of activities that were available. The adults were unanimous in their opinion of this wonderful place!

Home away from Home

We stayed for a month. Robin communicated excellent with us. We needed a long term solution while our house was being renovated because of a water leak. The place is big and spacious with plenty to do and have fun with! But the fishing is over the top. Right out the back door. I was generally fishing 5 minutes after I wanted to right off the backyard dock. I’ve never seen a place where the fishing was this good. 3-5lb bass every time I went fishing. Most days I would catch a dozen and then call it a night. Usually I am a bad fisherman who just likes to fish. This place was as close to fish heaven as you can get. I want to go back!!

Awesome family gathering place!

The pictures do not do this treasure justice. It is immaculately and thoughfully kept. Families could stay here for days and not need to stray outside of the property. This place has it all-privacy, seclusion, activities, modern ammenities and lots of room inside and out!

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion and used this property as a place to gather and be together. We really enjoyed the home. It is large enough to accommodate all of our family members. Great places to sit, talk and share as a family. Kitchen worked well for our food and meal plans. Catching bass, some quite large, at the very pond was an added treat!

Relaxing, Peaceful and Beautiful Views

We celebrated our annual family gathering. Had plenty pace for everyone both inside and outdoors. The property owners are wonderful. Our family had a great time and look forward to going back again.

The house had obviously not been cleaned for several months. Several live and dead bugs (some in one of the beds) and a mouse in one of the toilets that had been there for a very long time. The floors and surfaces were dusty and dirty. The property is beautiful but was not ready for our stay.

Away for the Stay

My family wanted to come together and fellowship outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. We were recommended this property and our host Robin was nothing short of amazing and the property did not disappoint. The biggest highlight was the fact that we had the freedom and space to be as loud ( if you know my family they are loud lol) and relax. Would recommend to anyone needing to escape

Amazing!

Words cannot describe how happy we are to have made lasting family memories at this beautiful property! All the guests at the rehearsal luncheon loved it! Our granddaughter caught a fish, s’more’s by the campfire under the stars, morning sunrises glistening off the water, spacious luxury accommodations, life doesn’t get any better than that! Our daughter quipped, “Just so you know, this is my kind of camping!” Our host was kind, accommodating and available. Thank you so much :)!

Beautiful cozy home with amazing views!

We stayed here with our baseball family (head coaches with their families) and had an amazing time! Robin (owner) met us at the property and gave a tour to ensure we had what we needed. Nothing less than 5 stars! My only recommendation would be more/better lighting outside as to be lit up more, investing in a hot tub 😁, and having access to a bigger pier as the space was limited to 1-2 people for fishing. But overall would recommend for 4-5 families (keep in mind one room has a full size bed only then access to the loft where there another full size and 3 twins. That is where we put all the kids and we shared a room with another couple.
