Enjoy this newly built custom featured spacious three story townhouse with a beautiful kitchen, a luxurious master bedroom and bath, private Master balcony, 3 additional bedrooms with 2 and half additional baths, laundry room, 2 living spaces, and a 2 car garage with additional parking available.

Cook a nice meal in the fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops, refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner gas range, small oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, cooking utensils and dishes. We'll provide coffee, creamer, and sugar as well as cooking spray, spices, salt and pepper.

Rest comfortably in the master bedroom with king size bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and plush pillows. A ceiling fan is provided for your comfort or open the doors to your own private balcony, The en-suite bathroom has a beautiful soaker tub, a walk-in shower and double vanities.

A second en-suite bedroom located on the bottom level for quiet and privacy. There is also a second living area with a large screen television and sofa bed. Also included is a brand new, surprisingly comfortable, Queen size blow-up mattress!

Our home is fitted with a Smart Lock. We will provide you with a code the day before your arrival. The home has a 2-car garage for guest use and a parking spot in the space across from the driveway.

We provide a house manual that includes clear, step-by-step instructions for accessing important items such as safety devices and the Wi-Fi router. You can access the manual anytime during your stay, without having to rewrite or resend emails for every booking.

Pets: We allow no more than 2 well-behaved pets with a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. We do not accept aggressive breeds. Please make sure to clean up after your pet. We love pets, however, not on our furniture. Any damages or damages will be charged for.

Please do not parallel park on the street, as the HOA will fine us. Additionally, no long trailers or fifth wheels are permitted in the subdivision. We have a lot a quarter mile away where you can park your large vehicle or trailer. Let us know, and we will give you directions. Thanks!
