Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun!

Huge yard with a grill and outdoor seating for outdoor activities with access to a community pool and park right across the street. This home features a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar and a dedicated work space. Kid-friendly with an air hockey table and plenty of board games for family fun.

Lovely House in Excellent Location

This house works great for a family of mixed ages with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Everything needed was available. The house location was almost always 5 minutes from where we wanted to go in Longmont. Also, across the street is a wonderful park with a children’s pool which my granddaughter very much enjoyed.

We traveled to Longmont for my son’s graduation and loved the home. Its location was great for a morning stroll and the kids loved the park. My daughter enjoyed the squirrels, birds, and bunnies that would come and visit daily. We will definitely be back.

Mouse trouble

We had the house for 6 nights. The first 2 nights were good. The house was nice.However, on the third night, a mouse was running across the kitchen counter and into the stove top. It was later seen in the living room by the fireplace. During the night, there was a mouse, maybe the same one, in my son’s bedroom upstairs eating a granola bar he had on top of his backpack.We contacted the owner and a man came out and set up traps the next day.On Monday there was a mouse running around in one of the first floor bedrooms.It was a very upsetting experience. We lost a lot of food because we weren’t able to cook. There were traps in the stove. Our family get together was compromised.Personally, I was very stressed. Kelly, the owner was nice enough, but she seemed to think it was just one of those things that happen because the weather was changing. I don’t think she realized how upsetting it was and how much it changed our stay.

Holiday Family Gathering

Perfect place for our family to stay while visiting our son in Longmont for Thanksgiving. Plenty of space, safe neighborhood, great location convenient to shopping and restaurants, clean, well stocked kitchen, and great host.

Family get together

Our stay was great! Amble sleeping space for everyone. Great space in family room and kitchen to gather and catch up. Location was great for great Denver area and RMNP.

Good stay

Communication with host was exceptional. Arrived at the home and the first view was of stains on the couch. While the home was clean and tidy, there were more stains on fabrics throughout. My wife is very paticular about cleanliness and she was uncomfortable, especially when she found a strand of hair on the bedsheet as she climbed into bed. The home was set up with everything we needed, just lacked the final cleaning attention.

Comfortable, Affordable and Easy Access Home!

We had a large group and family that also lives in this town, so having something close for them was the ultimate goal. The home was tidy, had good supplies and very comfortable beds! Outdoor space was quiet and shady for hot summer evenings, the kids loved the garage play space and games. Being a stones throw away from shops, grocery and the pool was very helpful. Plus it was great to be around 30 minutes from other activities like Pearl St, hiking and fishing areas! Thanks for providing a great property!

Perfect little house!

This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting the Boulder area. Clean, close to anything needed shopping wise(Target, grocery stores, Walmart, etc). Property management and owners all very nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend:)

Perfect home!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It had a great living area for us to relax along with a beautiful back deck. The home is in a very convenient location to downtown Longmont yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We had everything we needed and then some. She provided Keurig coffees, creamers, and syrups along with some delicious snacks. Everything was clean and well cared for. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay in Longmont

This property is all that it advertises and more. A welcome basket with little treats was a special touch when we stepped in the front door. Beyond that and certainly even without that, this property is lovely with 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms for bigger group/family. Kitchen is well stocked and the owner even has fresh produce in the garden for you to use in moderation. Patio with furniture out back allowed our family to grill and eat outside for supper. Across the street is a playground, sand volleyball courts and a big field for playing football. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet stay in cozy Longmont or a quick 40 minute commute to all that Denver offers.

Comfortable stay

Very comfortable stay. Some nice touches include the basket of treats, q-tips/cotton balls/make-up pads in the bathroom, and coffee bar. A cutting board for the kitchen would be nice as would some additional bath/hand towels. Otherwise, the kitchen and bathrooms were very well appointed. If you have very young children, be aware that the house fronts a street that is busy during the day. Across the street is a nice park with a small pool. Open to the public for $4 a person. Very nice neighborhood that is quiet at night.
