Stay at our family-owned winery estate, where you’ll not only enjoy a spacious 4-bed, 3.5-bath home but also have the rare opportunity to taste award-winning wines with the winemaker and tour the vineyard and winery.
From nearly every room, take in breathtaking sunset views over the working vineyard. Gather on the patio with a glass of wine, fire up the gas grill for a BBQ, or prepare gourmet meals in the chef’s kitchen complete with three ovens.

Here at Fraser Family Vineyards, wine country isn’t just something you visit—it’s something you live. Guests are invited to (available by appointment, additional cost):

- Reserve private tastings of our small-lot, estate-grown wines
- Walk the vineyard and winery with the winemaker as your guide
- Discover the authentic local side of Amador County wine country

And of course, location, location, location—you’ll be right on the main road through Shenandoah Valley, with dozens of wineries within a 5-mile radius. The Fair Play and Somerset regions are just a 15-minute drive away, making this the perfect hub for your wine country adventures.

Inside, you’ll find more beautiful vineyard views from almost every room. Pour a drink at the “barmoire” and relax on the comfy couch by the fireplace or play a friendly card game at the poker table.
 
The bright, fully equipped kitchen features a large island with vegetable sink, ample counter space, and all the essential appliances and kitchenware you’ll need, including 3 ovens! Or venture outside to grill your favorite BBQ dish.
 
There is no need to share when three of the bedrooms have their own private baths. The upstairs bedrooms even have private balconies overlooking the vineyard. The master bedroom is downstairs with a large jetted soaking tub and walk-in shower with 2 shower heads.

Unbeatable location within 10 minute drive of several wineries, beautiful, quiet property. Three out of four ensuite bedrooms made for a harmonious family stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Great service with quick host response and resolution of a couple of issues. Everyone from the 2 year old to the seniors (who appreciated the first floor master suite) had a wonderful stay.

Great family get away in middle of wine country

Beautiful property. Our bonus was the gorgeous roses blooming in the yard. Owner also helped me look for a lost piece of jewelry. Went above and beyond to help me. Much appreciated.

What a great place

This beautiful house was exactly as listed. Ideally located for wine tasting in the Shenandoah Valley, fully equipped with all our needs. A large chef's kitchen with everything we needed. Beautiful views from the patio overlooking the vineyards behind the house. We will be back!

Space for all

This house was perfect for a Christmas family gathering. We loved the huge, gourmet kitchen and the kids had plenty of space to spread out and play. Unfortunately the rain prevented us from getting to enjoy the huge yard as well.

The house was amazing! Absolutely perfect. And Elizabeth, our host, was fantastic and so easy to work with! The location is superb for the area. The house was clean and just beautiful. We will be back! Thank you!

Perfect getaway...perfect hosts

We had a lovely two-day stay here. We attended a wedding, so the first night was at the winery. The wedding was the next day, so we had an evening at the house to relax outside and have a bbq with our friends. The house was in immaculate condition when we arrived. The roses along the side of the house were lovely. Everything just seemed luxurious. We will be back.

Amazing location

Beautiful property with plenty of space. We had the full 12 guests and it didn’t feel super crowded. Kitchen and yard were amazing. Only minor issues was the water heat wasnt very hot and the water had a very strong iron smell and taste. Likely caused from being on well.

Plymouth Paradise

Home is perfectly located for visiting the numerous wineries in Plymouth. In fact, your neighbor is Amador Cellars which is a must visit for some excellent wine. The home itself was very clean with a simple check in process and beautiful views. The kitchen is outstanding. The host communicates well before your visit, provides detailed instructions for the property and is a vineyard/winery owner too! The only negative was that throughout one night there was a non-stop caravan of logging trucks bringing burned trees from the Caldor Fire which made sleep a little difficult. All other nights were peaceful. Would definitely stay again when visiting in the future

Fun Getaway with Friends

Our group of six adults had a wonderful time at this home. We were there during a wine event for the weekend. It was great to be able to use the house for a home base to drop off wines during the day. The kitchen is large and perfect place for gathering. We made wonderful memories and can’t wait to go back!

Great time in wine country

We had a great stay here at Elizabeth’s home. It was very clean, everything we needed was provided, had a large kitchen and eating area, and a large living room. We appreciated that it was decorated for Christmas. It’s surrounded by vineyards so the setting is beautiful. Communication with the host was quick and clear. Thanks Elizabeth!

Location, location, location!

Wonderful home, great location. Great living areas - large kitchen and large living room for us all to gather. Was perfect for our friend's birthday celebration. Had a minor glitch with the gate; but we were able to get it open, and the hosts were extremely responsive. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Elizabeth and Laurence!

Spectacular Home in a Beautiful Setting!

My family was celebrating a historic event and we gather together to remember how lucky we are. But this time the lucky extended to this beautiful home. Very picturesque, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen was made for entertaining. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath...what a plus. A minor issue was resolved quickly by our host. We will definitely return to this wine country get a way!

Getaway in the vineyards!

Beautiful house and location. From the backyard you can see a beautiful sunset! Very comfortable beds. Large kitchen. Wonderful property. The wine tour was the icing on the cake! We will definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful property!

We had so much fun at this property. It was a group of family/friends up for wine tasting. Everyone had beautiful rooms. The kitchen and dining room was awesome for a big home cooked dinner - we even got herbs from the garden! The home owner was gracious enough to allow up to taste some wines from the vineyards and give us a tour. The backyard/patio was AMAZING. And the Amador tetherball tournament of 2021 was a success. Lots of bruising, but a success.... We would come back to this property in a heartbeat and are very grateful.

Outstanding getaway with our friends

This location and home was a perfect getaway for ourselves, our friends and their kids. We were planning on getting together with our friends at their house, but they were evacuated due to a wildfire. I contacted the owner and she did a great job answering all of my questions and maintained easy communication throughout our stay. The kitchen was amazing with large island, big bar seating area and plenty of room to prepare all of our meals. We appreciated the separate bar hutch where we could keep our wine and whiskey and make drinks in the evening. We spent a good amount of time in the living room listening to music and playing cards. The card/poker table was very handy. When the temperature cooperated, we would relax on the patio furniture outside and watch the sunset over the vineyards. Numerous wineries are right on your doorstep. We had lunch at Villa Toscano one day and they had wonderful wood fired pizzas. There are 2 bedrooms on main level and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It was nice having a washer and dryer to do laundry as we needed. It was an outstanding getaway that was very relaxing and met all of our needs. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Look no further if you need a place to stay in the Sacramento area or want to go exploring the wineries.

HIDDEN GEM-location and property

Enjoyed our weekend celebrating our friend’s 50th birthday at this beautiful property. We had to cancel north Lake Tahoe due to the hazardous smoke and chose this property last minute. The host Elizabeth was prompt in her response and was willing to accommodate our last minute reservation. Everyone in our party had great things to say about the property and the town. We had dinner at the local Taste Restaurant in Plymouth. The food was fresh and delicious! Driving into town we can see many beautiful wineries. The Amador Cellar winery was just 2 minutes drive from the house and we had a lovely time there. The house exceeded our expectations. 3 of the bedrooms , kitchen/dining and great room had views of the vineyard. The only cons was when a few of us were awaken Saturday morning by lawn maintenance guys who were quite loud and close to the kitchen window. We would have loved to have privacy throughout our 3-day stay. We had a minor hiccup with the code to lock the door on departure day. Overall the layout of the house was perfect and provided plenty of rooms to be comfortable. Upon arrival we notice the house feels updated and modern. The Kitchen and dining area was opened and spacious. The host even provided a complimentary wine for the birthday girl. We will definitely come back for another girls weekend trip or a couples retreat!
