Pool-2 King Beds-Hot Tub-Fire Place-Garage Parking
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The perfect get-away but close to Placerville and dozens of wineries. You will love the pool with pool house, large patio and BBQ.
We are happy to answer any questions you might have. You can message us on Airbnb before or during your stay. We are available by phone during your stay if there is an emergency. Message over the app for most things. We check it regularly through the day, every day. Please call us first, but if we do not get back to you, you can call our house cleaner Colleen. She is our backup for emergencies.
-Children should be supervised near the pool and spa at all times.
-Pool is not fenced.
-We charge a one-time pet fee of $100 per pet.
-We charge $100 per day for pool heating, which reflects our actual cost from PG&E for natural gas. Pool will not get warmer than about 20 degrees above ambient overnight temperatures.
Check-out is before 11:00 am. There will be a fee of $100/hour for late checkouts. This really delays our housekeeper getting the home ready in time for the next guest.

The gardener visits every Friday. The pool is usually serviced on Wednesday or Thursday.
Garbage: The garbage and recycling are on the side of the home. Please put them out if you are staying Monday night for Tuesday morning pickup. Please bring them back into the side yard Tuesday.
August Smart Lock: The lock the door after 30 minutes of inactivity. This is to prevent the home from being left unlocked when guests leave the home.
Landscaper/Pool Technician
Landscaper & Pool Technician typically arrive Friday mornings and will walk into the backyard unannounced.
Cameras
We have Ring Video Doorbell cameras installed at the front door, and right side of the home. This is for the safety of our guests and to prevent parties and theft. There are no cameras inside the home or in the back yard.
