A Stylish Apartment Near The Dfw Airport
This space is very quiet and comfortable. A Perfect unit that make you feel a home away from home. A great balcony on the 2nd floor. Ponds are near inside and outside the complex. The lighting is mostly natural lighting. However nice bright lighting is available as well. There are walkable restaurants nearby as well. Keyless entry and it also has a garage AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. If you plan on being out late I would request the garage to your stay to secure you have parking it will be 50.00 fee that cover during your stay and lost/replacement . FREE PARKING IS VISITORS SPOTS ONLY AROUND THE COMMUNITY!
I strive to give the best experience to my customers. Please take your shoes off on the wood floors area of the unit.
There is a ring doorbell and there is a camera above the laundry room that points down towers the stairs of the garage and after you pass the small closet on left side you cant see anything else past that door I also give my guest privacy during your stay. An air mattress may be provided upon request. 50 inch smart TV, High speed internet with Amazon prime movies, Netflix, tubi,
1. No Parties are Allowed. ADDITIONAL $250 CLEANING FEE
2. No Smoking or Paraphernalia Allowed in Unit. ADDITIONAL $250 CLEANING FEE
3. No Pets Allowed in Unit. ADDITIONAL $250 CLEANING FEE
4. Keep Noise down in between 9pm and 9am, Unit shares walls with Neighbors and we want to be respectful!
5. No food or drinks in the bedroom.
6. Any Damages made to unit will be billed to guest and reported to Airbnb.
7. If I have to come out and let you back in it will be a extra change.
