Very nice for a decent price

We had a good time, room was very nice and looked jist like the pictures, we were kinda worried after wee booked it because we saw bad reviews on Google, but i dont know if different rooms are owned by different people/ companies but our room was great. The pool was nice and clean. Our son really liked the kid pool also. The email gave us all of our info and codes, we had no issues with codes not working or anything like that. If i had to put one thing negative in my review, it would be that the deposit was a little more than im use to at 200, and it took about a week to get back which was stated in the email that it mite take that long. Overall great stay.

Spring Break from Michigan

Amazing sunrise view! Good condo unit. Pools were also great for 2 young girls. I really wish they had bathrooms on the pool level. Another guest said they had some on floor 2 but that was not known to everyone. Was also nice to have laundry in unit. We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed the location of this property and the property itself. The pictures show exactly what we got at the property. We enjoyed being able to use the hot tubs in/outside as well as the pools.Julie was very thorough and pleasant to message.

Our condo was very clean and in excellent shape. The view from our balcony couldn’t have been better! We were very pleased with the pricing and will absolutely go back!

Phenomenal Sunrise and Sunsets

Beautiful oceanfront, 21st floor condo. Quiet (top floor) unit. Nice furnishings and everything you need for your stay. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. Nice 1 mile walk on ocean boardwalk to where restaurants and Farris wheel are.

Perfect location on the beach!

This condo is within walking distance of the boardwalk, ice cream shops, restaurants and the beach is right outside. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and of course the wonderful balcony. We loved being on the top floor! We would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay

The process was super easy. As soon as we arrived to our room we knew we were going to love it. The room was very clean and comfortable. Communication was great whenever we had an issue the host would get back to us right away and resolve any issues we had.

Labor Day getaway

Property was not quite what we expected. The Condo Unit itself was clean, but the property itself is a little dated. The pool area was extremely nice and appeared to had been remodeled on the outside. No towels are provided for the beach or pool. No extra blankets provided when relaxing in condo. Coffee maker was not working, some of the pans appeared to be old, no baking sheet available to reheat leftovers. Bedrooms are a little dark with lighting only available from lamps next to beds with a lightbulb out on one of the lamps. Bathroom light was flickering which we used as our nightlight as we had a young one. Main TV is a pain for scrolling through and knowing which channels were on which number. Description says Boardwalk is a 2 minute walk, but it was 1 mile to the Skywheel. There are stores close by but not much in terms of restaurants. Big Fish which was management company had detailed instructions for the stay. Did not reach out with issues as I was with family on vacation and didn’t want to go back and forth with anything. Positives: plenty of parking, steps from the beach, nice pools and pool deck. Kids pools also available. Elevators were quick considering being on top floor. Didn’t realize there wasn’t a front lobby and not much area to drop off / pick up luggage. Area at night seemed a little rough for family environment

The property's location was absolutely ideal. I could easily walk to all the attractions and amenities. The view was simply stunning. Julie was incredibly responsive to my questions and concerns, always offering helpful solutions. Overall, I had an amazing vacation here and would definitely return.

I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
