Welcome to Tropical Dreams 10, a three-level townhouse that blends comfort, convenience, and outdoor living — all within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances (including a dishwasher), a dining area for four, a comfortable living room with a Smart TV, and a full bathroom for added convenience. The back terrace includes a private laundry area.

As Professional Hosts, we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host".  We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:
- Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information.
- Our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay.

The Tropical Dreams complex is tucked in the back of Las Palmas neighborhood.  It's a small community of just 14 townhouses with a shared pool and covered rancho area.  Situated just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more!  Cross the street and you’re on the beach! You'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco.

Playas del Coco is just a 35-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Guests have full and private access to the condo and rooftop patio. The rooftop shares a low wall with unit #9, next door, but there is a privacy wall installed across the length of the dividing wall. The community pool and rancho are shared with other visitors and residents in the complex.

Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms and another full bathroom. The highlight of the home is the private rooftop patio — perfect for relaxing, dining, or soaking up the sunshine. The condo has ductless air conditioning in the main level and in each of the bedrooms.

Why You’ll Love It
Your private rooftop is designed for laid-back vacation living, complete with a BBQ grill, dining table for four, bar with mini fridge, and a spacious seating area for lounging or stargazing. The condo backs onto lush greenspace, and during certain seasons, you may spot howler monkeys in the mango trees next to the building. Guests also enjoy access to the community’s large pool with loungers and a shaded rancho area — a great place to unwind after a beach day.

The area is also a very walkable! You can head downtown along the road or along the beachfront walking path. Car rentals or golf cart rentals are also options for transportation during your stay. Our team can help you booking both options, as well as airport transportation. If booking your own golf cart, note that you need a GAS golf cart as there are no charging stations at the complex for electric carts.
