Work-from-home (WFH) with 300 Mbps of Wi-fi and enjoy comforts of home with easy access to beaches, festivals, food, museums, nightlife and marketplaces--all within 3 km of this safe, quiet location. Newly renovated, the child-friendly casa features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful family & dining rooms, desk, office chair, outdoor seating, washer/dryer, and a private, back patio with grill and LED lights. Stream your favorite shows and music with FireTV. Adjust the air conditioning and heat as you wish.
Large windows supply an abundance of natural light. Work remotely, plan your day, or stream Netflix, You Tube, and other favorites through the enabled Fire Stick and 300 Mbps of Wi-fi. Play games in the family room in front of the fireplace, find your own special reading nook, or select a workspace using the desk, kitchen table, the bar, or one of two patio tables. The spacious, full kitchen and dining room provide great gathering and meal-prep spaces. For privacy, retreat to a beautiful bedroom. The master features its own direct access to the private backyard. Take advantage of the barbecue grill or the laundry room.
Tired of scrambling for outlets and USB ports? Outlets and USB ports are conveniently located. Use the white-noise machines in each bedroom for ambience or to block outside sounds (typically minimal in this area). Well-trained dog owners with 1-2 dogs welcome!

We loved the full kitchen, the wooden vaulted ceilings, and the comfortable beds…for those who WFH, there is great wifi and multiple working spaces, including a dining table and a desk. There is also a back area that gets sun that we worked at during the day. The location is also wonderful…safe neighborhood…central to everything in Ensenada. We were here for proximity to a local hospital, but we also enjoyed great food in all corners of the city. You can drive anywhere in 10 minutes or so…I was surfing every day and some great spots under 20 minutes away."
