Remodeled Private Safe Gated Community Townhome, with 24/7 security

Beautiful townhome in a private gated community. My house is very comfortable and quiet.
Brand new Kitchen with up-to-date appliances and utensils. Everything in my home is just about brand new. Ideal for a family who wants peace, quiet, and safety. Townhome also offers unlimited internet, smart tv, a coffee station, shower shampoo, Gel, and conditioner. Purified water.

Things to Note. No AC, or 1heater downstairs. We do have fans in every bedroom and living room. House gets really cool during the summer. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Away from all the tourists and traffic. House is heading towards the mountains in a very safe security-guarded private community.

This gated community is located just behind Cosco/Soriana. If you use Maps you have to put Garden Street and Iron Street. Keys and remote will be given to you by my neighbor since I am not there. I would say see the dropped pin directions since it is accurate because if you enter the directions it will be wrong.

Town town is only 5 miles away with a ton of bars, restaurants, nightlife, and sightseeing.

Floors really dirty, we had to sweep floors ourselves, bedding sheets not to clean either. Good thing there were washer and dryer available. Showers with lots of hairs on floors, walls and sinks

The house is very accommodating and very clean. Each bed sleeps 2 ppl and it's great to have 3 bathrooms. Juan very very helpful and very communicative. We couldn't out clothes since we noticed the propane tank was empty until our last night and it was too late to refill it so check the propane tank when you get there. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Better than expected

This is a beautiful, clean and secure home, very spacious. The house had everything we needed and more in the kitchen with modern appliances , also the location was perfect. Me and my family would definitely stay in this house again.

Our stay

Enjoyed our stay. Host was very accommodating. We paid for two nights but only stayed for one night. We are from out of state any wanted to cross mountains before it snowed. So we left earlier than expected. Everything about the house was nice. I liked that it is close to stores and restaurants. I would recommend..

Could have been cleaner, a lot of dust. Water temp in the showers are very hard to adjust, either very hot or very cold. The dogs constant barking at night made sleep difficult. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including coffee. Having plastic wrap and/or foil would have been a nice addition. Plenty of bed linens and towels. Host is quick to respond.

The property is nice. It’s Mexico…. So was a lil loud the first night. And the area around is under construction so a bit dusty and dirty. There was someone parked in the spot to park so some communications with the property owner and about 20 mins later it was moved

Communication is key

I did not feel that the unit was cleaned properly. There were dead bugs throughout the stairs and both floors. seems like they might have sprayed for bugs but did not clean up the aftermath. It's a really bad way to start a stay when it's one of the first things you see as you walk in. Also, could not communicate with the owner. I had VRBO call and leave a message with my contact info. Never heard anything from him nor did he ever reply to my text messages.

Guest, was not responding to any of the messages I sent. Claimed they messaged and called but never did. Arrived very earlier than the expected check in time without prior notice and demanded to by let in without approval. Claimed there were dead bugs in the house but never sent a message stating that or took any photos. There have been over 100+ people stay in this house and after every cleaning company nothing has been ever seen or found. Beware of this guest for any future stays as he is untruthful.

2024 Baja 1000

My son and I stayed for the 2024 Baja 1000. I think it would feel a bit crowded if we had more than 4-5 people, but it was still a good size. The neighborhood was easy to get in and out of. Close to the supermarket and Costco. It was generally a quiet neighborhood, but as others noted, the dogs across the street were a bit barky at times. Communication with the property manager was outstanding. We had a couple of small issues, which were quickly responded to and corrected. Water pressure for the shower was excellent. We have a large Sprinter van that was easily parked. It did stick out into the street a bit when we backed it into the carport, but it was no more than cars that were parked on the street and did not impede traffic. If we parked it on the street, parallel to the street, it was within the property boundaries. Utilities worked great. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we were happy with the property.

Vista Hermosa Ensenada

My wife and I stayed at the property for 8 days with our small dog. We had some difficulty finding it at first, but once you locate the entrance, it’s fairly easy get there. The entrance has lettering on a white concrete wall that says Vista Hermosa next to the entrance gate. We arrived after dark, so we had some trouble finding the entrance gate. The short section of road leading to the entrance gate is dirt road, but once inside the gate, the roads are paved. The property itself is nice, just needed some cleaning. It is in a location convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants along with a couple of nearby 7Elevens. Be aware that there is no AC, but for the most part we really didn’t need it. There are a couple of ceiling fans on the first level in the living room, and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The balcony off of the rear bedroom was nice, although it does face a steep hill in front of it. The neighborhood dogs can be loud at times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there, and the host is welcoming and responsive.

The amenities were great. There was plenty of shampoo, body wash, soap. It was a nice touch to have the kerguiq pods for the coffee maker and plenty of blankets. It was great to have to 5-gallon water jugs for drinking water. Thank-you for the coffee creamer and instant coffee

Justo lo que necesitábamos

Nuestra estancia en la propiedad estuvo perfecta. El anfitrión siempre contestó mis mensajes y aclaró mis dudas cuando lo necesitaba. La casa es bastante amplia, de hecho es mucho más amplia de lo que se ve en las fotos. Suficiente espacio para varias personas. Habitaciones muy cómodas y ventiladas. La limpieza estuvo 10/10, todo muy bien acomodado y listo para cuando hicimos check-in. Debo mencionar que la zona está muy bien porque todo lo que se necesita está a minutos de la propiedad; centros comerciales, restaurantes, la playa, todo está muy cerca. El proceso para hacer check-in y check-out es muy sencillo. No vatallarás con eso. Créeme que si tienes la oportunidad, hospédate aquí y verás que no te vas a arrepentir. Pasarás unos días agradables con tu familia o seres amados.Con gusto yo y mi familia volveríamos a hospedarnos.
