Welcome to this SW Cape Oasis. Nestled on a quiet residential street this property is the perfect family getaway. The 2019 built home has soaring ceilings, open concept kitchen and living spaces with wall to wall marble flooring. Samsung Stainless Steel appliances are paired with White Shaker style cabinets and granite countertops in the spacious kitchen!

The large living room features a large leather sectional couch with 65" television perfect for streaming your favorite show or keeping the kids occupied.

The large master suite features 10 foot tray ceilings, a King Size bed, with en suite bathroom. The bath features a double vanity sink, with large tiled walk in shower. The master bedroom overlooks the awesome pool area!

The second bedroom features a Queen sized bed with walk in closet as well as private bathroom that doubles as the pool bathroom.

The third bedroom features 2 full sized beds.

Need to work while your away? Then you'll love the private office with French doors off of the main living space. Additionally there is a futon for extra sleep space in the office.

Outside you'll be greeted by an awesome brick patio with heated pool. Plenty of area for sunbathing or just relaxing out back.

Perfect extended vacation home.

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Coral home. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, great for walking or biking. The house is beautiful with an open floor plan and large kitchen/living area. Nice appliances and well stocked kitchen with quality cookware and dishes. Beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the patio and pool area. We appreciated the large gas grill and spent much of our time relaxing around the pool. The owner was very happy to answer any questions we had and communication was prompt and helpful. We would definitely recommend this rental and would consider coming back again.

great place!

the House is beautiful and was very clean. had everything we needed. the pool and patio area was great. communication with the owner was very easy. there are no dressers and we did struggle getting the TV to work, but other than that this was perfect get-a-way for my family.

Home away from home...but, with a pool

I judge our stays on the accuracy of the description and photos. We got exactly what we expected; a quiet (new-less than 3 years old?) home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The pool gets sun from early morning until late mid/late afternoon. We ate dinner outside on the Lanai just abuot every night. The kitchen was well equipped (don't expect high end-but you will find what you need). The owners were VERY responsive to any/all questions we had. The house is close to golf courses. My wife enjoyed walking the neighborhood. The bike trail is easily accessed. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets, including throw blankets for the couch. We are looking at coming back next year.

Awesome House

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights with our 2 & 4 year old boys. The house is just as pictured and in a great neighborhood. We loved hanging out in the heated pool and spent a lot of time on the back patio. The house has everything you need to cook meals and local restaurants to go out. We went for walks every evening through the neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend this property, it's relaxing to stay at the house and close to head up to Siesta Keys or Naples zoo. We had a great week!

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful, clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Communication with the owner was great and they were very responsive to anything needed. The community is very nice and shopping is about a 10 minute drive. I would recommend to stay there.

VERY clean, Great host!

The house is just as pictured. Very clean! Great master bedroom. The pool and outdoor space was perfect! The kids loved the rainbow lighting in the pool for night swims. The host was quick to respond when we needed him. A well supplied home that had everything we needed for our stay.

Excellent place for a family getaway

My husband and two kids stayed for two weeks. The house was in the perfect location for us; short drives to any of the hot spots we wanted to visit, but tucked away on a slow, quiet street so the days we just spent at the house were peaceful and relaxing. The house itself was spacious, clean, had everything we needed to cook (including a crock pot for our St. Patrick's Day corned beef and cabbage!). The patio and pool were great. My kids spent a lot of time out there. Plus a nice grill for our steak night. I recommend this vacation rental.

Built in 2019, this property has all the modern amenities one could ask for while seeking rest and relaxation. The pool and patio were just constructed late in 2021 and finished early in 2022. With a modern floor plan, wall to wall marble tile, tons of natural light, and plenty of space to move about, this is the perfect spot for a family getaway, or someone who wants to work remotely while recharging your batteries.

The property provides a great space for a family to vacation. Cape Coral is one of the fastest growing cities in the US. It is conveniently located about 35 minutes from RSW Airport, 30-40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, as well as 30 minutes to Downtown Fort Myers. Inside Cape Coral you can explore all the shops, restaurants, and attractions.
