The space
Our home has three bedrooms and two baths, and is approximately 1600 sq ft. Bedroom one has a king bed and a 55 inch tv, bedroom two has a queen bed with a 55 inch tv, and bedroom three has 2 single beds. You can comfortably sleep 6 people. With 2 seating areas, a 65 inch tv and some board games, you're sure to keep busy inside or out! The large fully fenced private backyard is perfect for your family to enjoy. This home has everything you need to make sure you have a wonderful stay in Cape Coral.

Bbq grill is free to use, guests are responsible for cleaning it and refilling propane when it’s empty. The grill cannot be moved, please leave it where it is.
We cannot be responsible for the propane used by the guests before you. The use of the BBQ is a courtesy and the cleaning and refilling of the tanks is based solely on an honor system.


Each smart tv has an hdmi cable installed so you can easily plug in your devices to stream from your accounts.

Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions, seasonal changes, and the pool’s heating system. The pool may not reach the desired temperature if outside temperatures are too cold or if heating capacity is limited.

No Guarantees:
While every effort will be made to maintain the desired temperature, the host cannot guarantee that the pool will be heated to a specific degree.

Non-Refundable:
Once pool heating has been arranged and paid for, the cost is non-refundable, even if the pool temperature does not meet expectations or if there are issues beyond the host’s control.
