You’ll love the private, protected boat slip and the panoramic water views any time of day. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a TV, and sweeping views of the water. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of modern appliances. The dining table offers seating for everyone and the kitchen island offers even more. The primary bedroom has a TV, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a TV and an en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The screened and covered wraparound porch includes a large dining table and plenty of seating. The waterfront yard has a cabana with loungers, a variety of seating, an outdoor shower, two gas grills, and a handy fish-cleaning station.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
