Enjoy views of the lake and Little Sabine Bay at this quiet condo. The private balcony patio has room for everyone, plus a ceiling fan so everyone can feel at ease. Enjoy a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the front area! Central air conditioning will ensure that everyone will feel at ease in the family-friendly living room. Bedrooms are curated for comfort and ease after hitting the beach! The private washer/dryer will take care of your towels so you can relax. Cook up something delicious in the full kitchen, equipped with the tools you need to cook up your favorites while on vacation. Guests can enjoy the use of a shared pool during their stay.

***Please Note: Due to damages from a tornado that came through our area, repairs to the outside buildings, carports and stairwells started in August of 2024 and will be on-going through the New Year. The dates and time frames are below but it is all weather permitting.

Mold growing around 2 of the HVAC vents, the area under the beds was filthy. They didn’t even have salt and pepper or coffee filters. We purchased a reusable filter as it was the same price as 200 filters that would have been thrown out!

A slice of heaven!

What a beautiful location ocean on one side and sound on the other and a nice pool. Gorgeous views love the ponds in the back of the building with the ducks and turtles has a nice grilling area and fire pit along with small beach on the sound. The unit is very comfortable and has all the amenities of Home. Can’t wait to stay again.

Great Location. Nice space!

Ideal location across from the beach and on the bay side. Worth knowing you’ll need to climb some stairs (no issue for us) and provide your own coffee, bottled water, salt and pepper. Overall a great experience though and I’d go back if ever in the Pensacola area again!

Almost perfect!

Absolutely adorable and quiet condo. The decor was great, the beds were comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. My only complaint is the amount of stairs you have to walk up to get to the condo. I wasn’t aware it was at the top floor until a few days before my trip when I got the information. I have a bad ankle and back so it was tough packing my things in and out. Otherwise, it’s a perfect place.

Very clean and wonderful views

The home was very clean and had wonderful views from the front and back balconies. There was some improvements being done outside of the apartment/condo, but it didn't impact our stay in any way. There is no elevator in this unit, but we knew this when we rented the unit. Being on the top floor gave great views and a wonderful breeze. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Don’t do it!

Geez! Where do I start? (I could not wait to leave this review!) Snowbird friendly?!?! Ha! Not with the three flights of stairs that you have to lug baggage up. There is no elevator. Not with the Smart TV that took several days to figure out how to work and we ultimately found did not have cable nor local channels. Not with the complicated thermostat that was on a schedule and kept adjusting itself. It took us several days to figure out what was going on with that too before we determined that we weren’t going to have air conditioning. I went through the menu and deleted the schedule, and it still didn’t work. We had to leave the patio doors open because it got as high as 79 degrees in the condo. Condo was falsely advertised as being on the third floor (it’s the fourth) and having cable TV. When addressed with Terry at Vacasa’s office, he unabashedly said “Ok, I’ll change the listing to “Smart TV only””. A condo with no TV service except free streaming services or, if you’re lucky, the ability to log into services you already have and pay for……that’s completely unacceptable! Fortunately, a past renter left their YouTube TV account logged into. We got local channels through that for a few days until they apparently logged back in when they got home and changed their local TV market back to their home market. Also, the internet was out for the first day and a few shorter times afterward. I have to hotspot off my iPad to give the TV a wifi signal. I traveled with seniors. I had to lug three 50+ pound bags up the stairs plus several smaller bags. A locked plastic storage closet inside the main bedroom closet also took up half of the closet space. The closet also had no top shelf. The bedroom had such dim lighting that I couldn’t see to pack on our last night. The condo had no cookware. Husband said there was no frying pan. The complex is showing a significant degree of dilapidation. It looks ramshackled and unsafe. The building is propped up on relatively narrow walls made of concrete blocks, and the walkways on the top two floors are all wood. It is scary. The door was unlocked when we arrived. The only positive thing we can say is the renovations are nice, but they basically put lipstick on a pig. We paid $1120 to rent this place the second week of November. Considering the time of year and lack of amenities, we clearly got ripped off. I’ve paid less for better in a more upscale area in-season.
