Pelican's Perch @ Villas on the Gulf

This 2 bed/1.5 bathroom condo has just been renovated and is FULLY stocked--Just show up with your swimsuits! This quaint thoughtfully named beach condo is the perfect, affordable getaway you are looking for. In less than a two-minute walk from the front door, you can have your toes in the sand, soaking up the sun on the Gulf. It features a carport for private parking, two bedrooms, w/ a King bed in one room, two full beds in the other, a couch in the living area, and a queen air mattress.

The space
The space is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo located within the Villas on the Gulf complex. The complex has its own private pool that is literally just a few steps from the condo, which is great in case you want to take a break from the beach and log some time at the pool instead.

Villas on the Gulf is located on Pensacola Beach, along the Gulf of Mexico. The area is quiet, well-maintained, and tastefully landscaped that really gives it the feeling of a tropical oasis.

Unfortunately, no animals/pets are allowed. Violations to this policy will incur an additional $250 fee towards deep cleaning.

There is a toll to get on Pensacola Beach--it is a "toll-by-plate" so no need to stop and scramble for spare change on your way through. They will mail you a bill to the address on your vehicle's registration.

The door lock is a keypad deadbolt and you will have a unique user code assigned to you for the duration of your stay.

The condo is FULLY stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to make anything from ramen noodles to a 5-course gourmet meal. Need to bake a cake? Make a smoothie? We've got you. Additionally, we provide a set of beach towels, beach chairs, games, etc.
