Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 20 m² apartment with balcony overlooking the Vilaine river and the city center, which can accommodate up to two travelers.
Located on the 13th and top floor (elevator to the 12th) of a quiet building, it comprises a 16 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen and open-plan shower room.
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- A 20 m² living room with TV (Netflix, Canal, Prime and Disney!), wifi (fiber optic) and 140 x 190 double bed, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso pod coffee maker...

- A 15m² balcony with a table, two chairs and a FatBoy.
