This property is a sanctuary for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of life. This remodeled one bedroom one, one bath condo is located on beautiful Goat Island in Summerton, SC. This cute unit has features a full kitchen, dining table, comfortable living room, bedroom with a balcony as well as a great view. Enjoy a beverage on your first-floor patio and soak in the beautiful water view from your second-floor balcony.

You will have use of the entire unit, a boat ramp, a private dock (for a small fee), the swimming beaches, the picnic areas, etc. Fishing! You walk across to the dock and fish (fishing permit required).

The Goat Island Grill and Bar is, a convenience store / tackle shop are across from the unit. Restaurants, Walmart, grocery stories, and other places are within 15 miles.

This location also rocks if you want to venture out for an excursion ...

Approximately an hour from Charleston, SC and from Summerville, SC. Approximately two hours from Savannah, GA. Approximately 1.5 hours to Folly Beach and 2.25 hours to Myrtle Beach and under two hours to Pawleys Island -- all of which make especially fun day trips.

No parties. No animals. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve.

The unit sleeps a total of 3 persons:
- Bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps 2.
- Living room has a twin bed that sleeps 1.

It checks all the boxes

Very comfortable unit that meets all your needs. On the weekends the bar across the parking plays loud music until late. Vee is an amazing host.

Outstanding experience - highly recommend

My husband and I decided to rent this property and take my dad along with us for our July 4th getaway and I am soo happy we did!! This was by far our best experience ever with renting a vacation rental!! The place was extremely clean and had everything that we needed and more. The hospitality of the property manager was the best we’ve ever experienced, she definitely went above and beyond. She left us a personalized message on the refrigerator, placed snacks for us throughout the condo etc. I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be returning at least once per year-hopefully more. The locals were very friendly and helpful. We took two boats with us and were able to park one of them on land and leave the other one in the water at our dock/boat slip. The dock is well maintained and really convenient. We ate supper at the bar/restaurant across the parking lot every night and had good experiences there as well. We give this property five stars.

Great weekend getaway

We was blown away! Easy checkin and check out process! We had snacks and drinks waiting on us which made it super nice and gave us time before having to do a store run! Great weekend all the way around!

Wonderful getaway

This the second time we have stayed at this little piece of heaven. It is very clean, quiet and peaceful. The host goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Definitely will stay again for another fishing trip.

Home away from Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the condo was completely stocked with everything you need. It was very clean and stocked with snacks and there where even chilled wine glasses in the Frig! Just bring your cloths and fishing poles! Great communication from Vee the owner, and the property manager Blake. If I could I would give this rental 10…borderline 11 stars! We will definitely rent this condo again!

Homey Condo

This one bedroom never felt small. There is a daybed in the living room with a trundle underneath that 4 people could stay comfortably. The rental is steps from a small beach, dock, boat ramp, bait/tackle shop and restaurant. New appliances and everything you might need was at the unit. Really cannot stress how amazing the owners were. The went above and beyond to answer questions and instantly won over our son with some of the goodies left in the unit. I’ve never seen a pantry with so many goods and cold drinks waiting your arrival.

Perfection

Our stay was perfection! Vee’s place is super clean, cozy and steps from the water. We has been out fishing all day and when we got to the house, we found snacks and water which was so appreciated! Also appreciated items in the pantry. Don’t hesitate to book - we hope to come back for a longer stay.

First stay

We were the first people to stay in the condo. It was nice and has be updated. Vilma is awesome to work with and very responsive to questions. There were a few first time things to work out but as noted, Vilma made everything great. Thank you!

Home Away from Home

Not many rentals will give you the feeling that you’re at home when you’re not. That’s why I loved this rental. When I was at the condo, I could get on the couch and watch my shows on Netflix or Hulu and the couch is so comfortable I even fell asleep on it: just like I would at home. The location is perfect and is close to the beach and docks. Bring a fishing pole to fish or your bathing suit and swim shoes. I didn’t go into the water this trip, but it’s nice to have the option. The restaurant located across the street is open on the weekends, so it’s really nice. If you decide you don’t want to leave the condo area you can have a delicious meal and you don’t even have to drive anywhere. I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely come back.
