This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is the perfect location for families, friends, and holiday gatherings. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the outdoor grill. Spend time in the private yard around the gas firepit. Adventure around Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park during your visit to the area. After exploring, sink into the 6-person private hot tub in the back yard!



The Space:

4 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious mountain home with private hot tub. Enjoy views of the golf course from the homes deck. Located in Estes Park and near Rocky Mountain National Park.

This is a well-appointed home with great views of a golf course and surrounding hills. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals for your family. We saw Elk and a great variety of birds during our stay. High points of this home are the dining room seating for a family of eight, large screen tv downstairs, multiple king beds, comfortable towels, bedding and sheets. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub because we were busy in Rocky Mountain National Park which is close to this property. The seating areas are so nice with comfortable leather chairs and sofas. Maytag washer and dryer. Everything in the home was in working order. Thank you!

Great Mountain Views

We have been coming to Estes Park for the past 14 years always in September.This was our first time to celebrate Christmas in Estes Park and we were Extremely excited.We were very disappointed in the Christmas decorations in the house(there were none on the outside) they were very sparse and on the very low end for cost. We had to purchase our own Christmas tree skirt and tree ornaments (there were only 3 ornaments on the tree)The house itself was very roomy for our party of 7 with plenty of bathrooms for everyone, but is in need of some updating. The bathroom linens also need updated(stains on towels and cloths)The views were Amazing and we really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplaceOverall we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again.

Nice home with no heat and air

Nice property. A little dated but OK for us. The hot tub was nice. There was no information on the heat and air in the home. We got there and it was HOT and I tried thermostats and contacted the host and finally got an answer that there is no air conditioning. It would have been helpful for some tips for regulating the temperature. Very warm in the daytime and cold at night. I don't know if there was heat as we were not given any directions. Also, we tried to get in a few minutes early and could not so had to make a mad dash for a bathroom in a town we didn't know. We couldn't get a quick response.

Fall Family Trip

Great place. This had plenty of room for our family and everyone was comfortable. Location is awesome right off the golf course and we had elk in our view every day. Kitchen was stocked adequately to prepare meals. Great balcony to sit and take in the views.

Elkview Lodge Stay

The house was beautiful and nicely accommodated our extended family. It was conveniently located to shopping for souvenirs, lunch/dinner and groceries. It was also close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our destination was hiking every day and this home made it easy for us to do just that. The only downside for us was that there was no air conditioning in the home. The mornings and evenings/nighttime were fabulous because it was quite cool and there are plenty of windows to open to enjoy the cool air but it got quite hot in the afternoons and early evenings. Being from Texas, we understand heat but it was uncomfortable. However, in the evening, the hot tub was wonderful and we even cooked smores in the firepit outside. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and loved the home.

Thanksgiving weekend getaway

We loved this house! It was clean and welcoming! Major plus was the beds were all very comfortable except the one downstairs but that wasn’t being used for us so it was fine! Loved the location and will be staying there again next year!

Elk Everywhere!

We overall had a really great stay here. There weren’t enough towels for everyone to shower and have a jacuzzi towel and it took a couple days to get the extra towels. I love that the downstairs is basically it’s own suite so it’s perfect for people with little kids but the mattress needs to be replaced as it has a big hole in it. The main floor bedroom was a little warm but the whole house fan helps a lot. The upstairs bedrooms and loft area were really nice. The house has everything you could need and great view of the elk and deer. I would definitely rent the house again.

Property was as described

The property was as described in the listing. We aren’t from CO and have traveled to CO multiple times. I was unaware that a majority of the properties do not have central air. It was not described in the listing but we were told that they have no control over VRBO “amenities” listings. They were kind enough to bring us box fans for the upstairs rooms and there is additionally an attic fan that helps with circulation.

Terrific space and location

Nice stay marred by spotty wifi. Family members needed to work while on vacation and I’d been assured there was reliable wifi when I booked. They called management about it but it didn’t help. Fortunately we had booked 2 adjacent homes and wifi was fine at the other home.

We really enjoyed our stay it was cozy and clean and loved that we had a lot of kitchen items. The only issues with the property that I noticed is the washer wasn’t working- there are no towels for the hot tub which is very inconvenient & it was hard to keep warm in some parts of the house and it was super hot in the basement. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic getaway

This was a fantastic getaway with our family of 5 and my parents. The house has a great layout with a living room and fireplace and huge dining room downstairs, a 2nd lounge with TV upstairs and another one in the basement. Our favorite thing about the house was the wrap around balcony where we had a beautiful view of the mountains, and a huge treat was nearly 200 elk that roamed the golf course right in front of the balcony every day. We had elk less than 20 feet from us. Checkin was super easy and there was never any issue. Would absolutely stay here again!

Diamond in the rough!

We had three couples staying at this property. To begin with the beds were horrible. Mattresses were too soft and lumpy. The outside deck looked as if it was going to collapse. The rail was wobbly and presents a safety hazard. I cannot believe both the property manager and the owner neglected this. Road leading up to house needs to be resurfaced. Property has potential, owners must maintain properties and not just profit from them. Property was well laid out, good view of golf course.

Amazing !!

The location and fully stocked home made our trip wonderful!! We didn’t have to leave home to see the Elk this Fall and could hear them bugling all night. I would give this home excellent recommendation. PMI were friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Perfect location/house

We loved everything about this location and the house itself. It was perfect for our 7 adult group. It’s very close to downtown without having to deal with all of the traffic. Lots of walking/hiking spots close and being right on the golf course made for great scenery. Very clean and lots of space for bigger groups.

Overall great property and experience. It would have been helpful to be in touch with property manager directly vs. going through a customer service rep. to resolve some minor issues that came up (e.g., WiFi temporarily not working)
