The 65m² house is composed of a bright living room, a fully equipped modern open kitchen (gas hob, hood, oven, microwave, combined fridge-freezer, dishwasher), a cellar with a washing machine, two large bedrooms equipped with storage and double beds, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside, a driveway at the front allows you to accommodate a car. At the back of the house, the garden, fully enclosed, well sheltered, equipped with garden furniture, and a barbecue will allow you to enjoy the Breton sun.
Bed linen is provided as well as towels (included in the price).
Bedding was changed in June 2025.
