Teal Time - 5 BR / Private pool / sleeps 13

Summary:
Elegant 5 bed, 4.5 bath, 3100 sq. ft. home with hardwood floors and a private pool. Located in downtown Ocean City, just a 7-min walk (0.5 miles) to the beach. Features include a 2-car garage, 5 smart TVs, full dining area, 2 gas fireplaces, and a video game area for kids. Available only to family groups; renter must be 25+.

The Space:
Ocean City, Maryland's most elite neighborhood. Due to regulations this home can only be rented to families. When requesting property - please list the names / ages/ and relationship of each guest. Outdoor seating, Bicycles, and full linens and towels are provided.

The pool will be open from May 15 - October 6.
This unit only books Saturday - Saturday (7 nights minimum) - from June 14, 2025 through August 30, 2025.
The unit rents 5 nights minimum during the rest of the year.

Cleaning fee includes a full linen package - just need to bring beach/pool towels.
15th street Bayside Ocean City.
Ocean City Airshow is walking distance and the planes will fly directly overhead on occassion.

Any messages or phone calls to manager will be answered during business hours - 8 am - 6 pm.
If you have any emergency - please call the police or fire department for assistance.

Pool - with seating outdoor space with TV. Pool is less than 6' deep with a shallow end.
Gas Grill in pool area.

Loved it here!

We had 11 people in our party ranging in age from 5 to 84 and everyone loved the accommodation's of this home. The young kids (11,8,6,5) were so excited about their own bedroom, bathroom and loft! Plus they couldn't get enough of the pool. The house was, surprisingly private, super clean, beautifully landscaped and very well stocked. The walk to the beach was simple and you are super close to everything, yet removed from the crowds and high traffic areas. This home is a rare find in OC and Todd is highly responsive to any questions or needs. If we come back to OC it would be to rent here again.

Outstanding Family Vacation Home

Excellent shore property. Close to many attractions including the beach and boardwalk. Pool was a major plus, clean and well maintained. Included use of bikes and beach chairs etc. Plenty of room to gather and yet hide out if you need some quiet time. Especially appreciated the property manager reaching out to us before and after our stay and being available while we were on-site. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Awesome beach house in quiet neighborhood

We loved being away from the busy boardwalk but still within walking distance. House was well-stocked and Todd was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Good spot!

Big house. Lots of space. Bikes to borrow. Pool is nice, even for young kids (shallow). The refrigerator leaked while we were there, but the owner acknowledged that it needed repair and will probably be fixed by the time you’re reading this. The pool wasn’t super clean and the water was low — could use a little love, but we were glad to have it.

Excellent property with everything provided

The property was in a great location and had everything provided from sheets, towels, paper towels, bicycles, pools toys etc... Todd was also very responsive. Would 100% stay there again.

Family ready

The house had everything we need, and was true to the listing. Our group had four adults and three kids, including two young toddlers. We each had enough space per family, rooms were spacious and had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The area was quiet and the pool was perfectly relaxing. Todd was very responsive, and quick to address any questions we had. (2) minor issues we had was that the central air would not remain at set temp, and had to be manually adjusted multiple times throughout the day. It would cool down quick once back on though. Also, the main refrigerator was only cold on the bottom half so we had to use the one in garage for more cold storage space. Would absolutely stay again!
