Tucked away is this spacious private walkout basement retreat. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, oversized bedrooms, large entertainment area and so much more. We're just a stones throw away to all your favorite activities including Cherry Peak ski resort, hiking and biking trails, historic sites and the hustle and bustle of down town Logan. You'll access the property through a private driveway and entrance so you can come and go as you please.
The surrounding property includes a pergola complete with grape vines and bistro table, children's play set, and a vegetable garden.

No matter the reason, this is a great place to stay while you enjoy all that cache valley has to offer.

Everything was excellent, I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It was so peaceful, clean and comfortable. The hosts were a pleasure to visit with and were so welcoming. We were able to utilize the grill and the outdoor spaces and were invited to the fresh vegetables in the garden. My granddaughter had a blast with all the games and dress up outfits. This place truly feels like home. Thank you, we hope to return some day.

Very quite and peaceful. The private drive is hard to find initially but it is off the main road and very secluded private area. Nice big grass area, the kids had a great time!

Relaxing Getaway

This was a great place to stay. The neighborhood is very quiet. You are staying in the basement of the home, so you can hear the upstairs, but it wasn't bad at all. And I say basement, but it doesn't feel like a basement. I would stay here again.

Fantastic stay in Logan area

Loved this property and will definitely try to book it again next time we are in the Logan area. The place is large and comfortable, and perfectly located for our visit. Host was very responsive and great to work with!

Made for families!

We had a great stay at this location. The unit was clean and family friendly. They had plenty of board games and activities to keep the whole family entertained. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice place to stay

Property was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our short stay in the area. Check-in was easy. We appreciated the welcome basket as well as some of the extra toiletry items. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was great, responded promptly. The place was very clean and well stocked. I loved the welcome basket, and it was a quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend this location, and I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and bigger than expected. The beds were comfortable. There was a Welcome basket waiting for us when we got there with water, chocolate,etc.

Reunion Prep Dream

This property was just what we needed to prepare for our family reunion. The hostess was so kind to work with our schedule. The large fridge and freezer were great to store food, and the nice kitchen and counterspace to prep our food for the reunion. We even enjoyed having grandkids stop by after the reunion to spend extra time with us. Thank you for helping us have such a wonderful time with family! We also enjoyed the pleasant peaceful setting, cute decorations and clean fresh open feel. We highly recommend this home.

One of the Best!

Fun family getaway

We had a great time staying in the comfy cool home. Large family room area for kids to play and watch movies. Stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Fun yard for children to play.

Fabulously Family Friendly

Perfect for our needs and has everything you need and then some. It was a perfect place to stay for our family reunion and our 1 1/2 year old grandson was in heaven with all the extra toys and dress up available. Very spacious accommodations and easy to access basement. Host is very responsive and answered all questions. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in town. Thanks!

Located in Smithfield, a spacious area with one bathroom, and a great place to stay. If your kids like super hero, they will love the decorations in the kid bedroom.

After graduating college and starting a family we decided to move to beautiful Smithfield. We loved it so much that we stuck around and built this home. It took us blood sweat and tears but when we were done we had our dream home with enough room for our 3 teenagers. The years past, and they all grew up and had families of their own so, we decided to turn the basement into a place where people could come stay and enjoy their time in the valley we love and hopefully fall in love with it as well.

We choose this place because we grew to love cache valley, over the last 34 years we have been here. We choose Smithfield particularly because of the great community, excellent mountain views, and the lack of mosquitos. :-) We love the small town feel with the access to so many thing to do and see.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property is tucked away in the middle of the block with plenty of open space around it. It is quiet, peaceful and relaxing yet it is just a few miles from the great things Cache Valley has to offer. The sunsets are amazing and the mountains breathtaking.
