Relax watching most beautiful sunsets on our lake just behind the building, (Disney) fireworks shoot in back of the lake

Included: Parking, Wi-Fi, cable TV, queen size bed , mini-fridge, microwave, coffee, towels, shampoo. laundromat on promises.

several POOLS and private island next door- you will use Westgate Lakes resort pools, its next door hotel to us.

Madonna was a very gracious host, gave me all the details and info I needed. Unit was clean and filled my purpose perfectly. It’s a very value priced unit near everything. Comfortable bed, set up with 2 sitting chairs and tv. Has a little cubby hole with small fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The only issue someone may have is there is very little closet space. Otherwise great value for the price

Small but sufficient

The bed was soooo comfey! TV and internet perfect. Clean. Wish the shower curtain stayed up and blew a fuse when I forgot I was heating water and tried to microwave my oats. Sorry about that. Overall host was sweet and accommodating. Thanks for having me. Swim meet went well!

Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Pros: the place smelled goodCons: For starters there was no kitchen or washer/dryer in the unit. When I got there I was immediately irritated by the false advertisement. I reached out to Madonna to question it and her answer was “you saw the pictures” and “there’s a small kitchen in the corner”. Well ma’am not sure when a microwave and minifridge classified as a kitchen. She then went on to say the washer/dryer is outside. Miss what?! I told her this was extremely misleading and she should change the profile…surprisingly she replied “ok I will”. I interpreted that as you recognize the huge mistake and you should fix it. I purposely chose this property because of these listed amenities so the disappointment level was high. To make matters worse, the bed was literally THE MOST uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I literally got no sleep my entire stay and my family had to sleep on their couch and allowed me to sleep in their bed on my last night in Orlando just to ensure that I got at least 1 night of good sleep. The bed was so loud and stiff! It honestly just needs to be replaced like yesterday. Now let’s talk about the noise level of this place! Between the upstairs neighbors stomping on your head in the wee hours of the morning, the weird and disturbing sounds coming from the walls, and no to mention again the loudest bed in AMERICA. I honestly don’t know how anyone could relax in this place. I’m so sad that I wasted my hard earned money and will complain to VRBO!

Near Westgate

It was a bit difficult to unlock the door, the door and locks need replacing. There is no outside lighting at the door. I sat at the head of the bed and it collapsed. The ceiling fan-light needs maintenance or replaced. The manager was responsive and the bed was repaired. Within this single unit, there is no a/c control, no hand towels, wash clothes, or washer. The bed was comfortable and unit as clean as an old room can be. The entire property is in need of a facelift and it is not affiliated with Westgate. For the price, and to live out of a suit case it is not terrible.

PERFECT Location for ALL the parks

At first I was hesitant booking this trip because I was unsure of the safety being it wasn’t right on or near Disney property and it had no reviews because it was a new listing BUT I am so glad, happy and please I took the chance. I would definitely book again and I recommend for anyone in need of a one bedroom. It was perfect for your travels to the parks. The drive was minimal and worth every penny of savings in comparison to being on Disney property or near it. It was also conveniently located between Disney, Universal, Sea World etc. so if you plan on doing more than just Disney this was also a great option. Room was clean and pretty aesthetics. Property managers were communicative and pleasant. Went above and beyond to make sure things went smooth. Also offered good advice on how to navigate the “local” roads to avoid the normal park traffic. Also recommended places to enjoy “local” (and less expensive) restaurants. I felt mostly safe within the community but you are amongst locals not travelers. You get 2 shared spots for parking, either in front or the back of parking lot. Neither were totally inconvenient. My only one issue was the access the listing says you have to the resort next door. There isn’t a pass to get in. It’s a very short walk next door to be able to enjoy the resort, however, you do need to walk past a security booth. You can drive through because you will get stopped by security. We decided to take a shot in hopes we wouldn’t get stop for trespassing onto the property. We were lucky a car pulled up to security as we were passing so the security office didn’t stop us. The entire process didn’t feel good but once we got through it was nice to enjoy the several pools they had. Most people had a bracelet on so we did feel out of place and worried we were going to be asked to leave. From what I heard they used to have an agreement between the properties (local condo and the resort) and the locals were able to use the resort as part of their association fees. When we were there the agreement no longer existed but it’s possible in the future the agreement will get contracted again and you can enjoy the resort next door. Book your next visit here you’ll be glad at the savings for what you get in exchange.
