The room was just as described! The check in was a breeze! If we had a question, the host was super fast in responding. We felt safe and saw several families on the property but it wasn't noisy at all. We are planning on going back to the area next year, and will more than likely book this rental again! Great overall value for the money!

The suite had everything I needed: nice shower, comfy big bed, nice TV, and more like the mini fridge and stovetop. The microwave is tiny, but gets the job done for single plates/cups. 4th floor balcony overlooked the pool and I could see some of the nearby attractions from there. It was perfect walking distance from some great restaurants, public transportation and shops. Very close to Icon Park, too. I loved this place and want to stay here again.

The room was great for my husband and I. It was very clean and AJ did a great job of communicating the check in process as well as responding to a few questions we had. The location was amazing - one of the reasons I chose this listing. I needed to be close to the Convention Center as well as Universal. This listing was both. We would stay there again.

I wanted to share my experience to help future guests make an informed decision. While the check-in process and initial communication were smooth, my stay unfortunately took a negative turn upon arrival.Shortly after getting to the property, I discovered that the shower only had cold water. I reached out to the owner right away but did not receive a response until the following afternoon. By that point, it was no longer helpful, as we had already decided to leave. After spending a full day at Disney, access to a hot shower was essential.Additionally, the condition of the linens and towels did not match the listing photos, which raised cleanliness concerns. The listing showed a bed with bright white sheets and a navy comforter, but what we found were noticeably discolored, faded linens. The bathroom photos also showed white towels; however, the towels provided were a mix of yellowed, white, and black, with visible bleach spots.We were also asked to keep the air conditioning set to “auto,” which would have been fine under normal circumstances. However, combined with the cold shower, the unit felt uncomfortably cold overall.Due to these issues, we made the decision to leave the property within about 20 minutes of arrival. I requested a partial refund given the circumstances, but I have not received any response since April 12.I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that these concerns are addressed for future guests.

I am sharing this experience to provide clarity for future hosts and to present my perspective to future guests. The guest checked in on Saturday the11th after 10:00 PM and remained in the unit for approximately30 minutes before choosing to leave and stay elsewhere.During that time, she sent a message stating there was no hot water. However, despite being provided with direct contact numbers for immediate assistance, she did not attempt to resolve the matter and instead left the property. The following morning, the water system was promptly inspected and confirmed to be fully functional, with hot water available. I informed the guest of these findings and offered her the opportunity to return and verify this personally, but she declined, stating she had already made alternative arrangements. The guest then submitted two separate refund requests, each citing different and inconsistent reasons. The only overlapping claim was the hot water concern, which had already been investigated and determined not to be an issue. Given the inconsistency of the claims and the lack of supporting evidence, both refund requests were declined. The guest also mentioned discolored towels and sheets.I requested photographic evidence to review this concern, but none was provided. I maintain strict standards regarding cleanliness and guest readiness.While linen colors may vary from listing photos, this is due to the rotation of multiple sets to ensure proper sanitation and availability for each stay.

The communication was poor from host. We did not get entrance instructions until the last minute. The AC was on 73- not able to change and it was very warm inside unit and building, felt as if it were broken. The shower only stayed hot long enough for one person. There were no extra blankets or towels. It is convenient to some restaurants, not far from parks and had multiple pools/spas to enjoy.

Stay was very pleasant. Unit was exceptional but overall building could use some updating. When we had an A/C problem and I texted the owner and it promptly sent some to fix it. The service was great.
