GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is within 9 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus or 27 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

There is a private parking garage in front of the apartment entrance.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After a few steps in your street, the Avenue Tristan Bernard, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within a few minutes on foot:

- Take a leisurely stroll along the famous Croisette seafront (1-2 minutes away).

- Head to the Mouré Rouge beach to go for a swim or settle at an outdoor café and enjoy a cocktail (4-5 minutes away).

- Convince the whole family, or friends, to follow you for a game of pétanque at the Place de l’Étang or try one of the restaurants around the plaza

And within less than 10 minutes by car, you can:

- Head to the iconic Palais des Festivals and take selfies on its steps, like a movie star.

- Board a train and discover the other gems along the coastal Riviera, such as Antibes, Nice or Monaco…

- Visit the old part of Cannes around its picturesque Suquet district.

Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, as well as a private garage in front of the apartment.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
