Central air-conditioning and hardwood floors help keep the entire space cool so that you can get to relaxing. The spacious layout features helpful amenities like a private washer/dryer - the upstairs loft features a smart TV with cable and an air hockey table for casual competitive fun. A well-equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and plenty of tools to help guests cook up their favorite foods, plus some bonus features like granite countertops and a toaster oven. If a libation is all you need, the living area bar will oblige you. The private gas grill can take your kebabs and steak if you're craving an extra sear. Enjoy meals in the formal dining area, at the breakfast bar, or out on the furnished patio. Age-appropriate dinnerware is available for younger guests. The comfortable main bedroom features a desk workspace and a lovely en suite bathroom that includes double sinks and a stand-alone shower. It's not the only spot with a desk workspace however - the upstairs loft and one upstairs bedroom (the same one with a private balcony!) also feature desks to help guests complete remote assignments. The loft sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool and tennis courts during their stay.

Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
