Black out curtains in the living room and master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen! Extra napkins, coffee filters, cups, sugar, and spices in cabinet. Brand new coffee maker. Tea kettle with a box of tea bags and honey. Plenty of cleaning supplies underneath the sink with extra trash bags along with a mop and vacuum in the closet. Family board games and card games on TV stand.

Unit is on the first floor. Street view on balcony facing Coastal Hwy. Beautiful sunrises looking out the front door. Elevator is available or you can take the steps to the property (not that many steps fortunately!) Unit is very open and spacious, perfect for larger groups but small is always welcomed! 4K HD smart TVs in all bedrooms that are mounted including living room. YouTube TV for cable with Netflix and NFL Sunday Ticket to watch all the football games.

Fast WiFi for your convenience. Central air and heating. Washer and dryer in unit. Beach is only a short walk away, one block. Takes about 2 minutes. Balcony is super spacious with plenty of chairs available to sit. Trees are right in front of the balcony so there’s not too much of a view but it’s great for some privacy. If you stay during the off season when the leaves fall from the trees, there is more of a view and beautiful sunsets. North OC is on the quieter side and it’s usually less crowded this way which most prefer.

Keep in mind this unit is right along Coastal Hwy so you MIGHT hear the traffic outside! Please know this before you book with us. It’s not super noisy from inside (sometimes you don’t hear anything at all) but you will occasionally hear a motorcycle or big truck going by.

Smart lock on the front door has a camera on it for outside footage for security/safety purposes.

The heated indoor pool (March 31st-November 1st) is nice and spacious and perfect for when it’s a rainy day! Hours are from 10AM-9PM. Pool key is provided.
