Charming T3 in the heart of Marseille, sleeps 5 very well located with parking

Our apartment is located in the city center of Marseille and close to all means of transport; 15 min walk from the train station, 2 min from the tramway and 7 min from the metro.
We are in the heart of a dynamic and family district, where there are several cafés, bars and nice restaurants, but also mini-markets, greengrocers, wine cellars, art galleries and museums. The Longchamp park with its children's playground, its large green space and its fountains are a 2-minute walk away.PGJyPg
Our apartment is on the first floor without elevator of an old and typical Marseille building. The living room kitchen overlooks a courtyard where you can hear the birds and the calm throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped; hob, oven, extractor, grigo, freezer, washing machine, washing machine, bean coffee machine and toaster.
The bedrooms are on the side of a one-way street, so very little noise.
In the master bedroom there is a bed for 2 people. The bedroom is quite large and we can provide you with a cot if needed.
The second bedroom is a children's bedroom with a 1m20 mezzanine bed. With lots of games available of course.
The sofa in the living room is reversible, and allows 2 additional beds.
A bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilet. We also have a parking space in a closed community a few minutes walk away.

This is our cocoon where we live all year round and we are happy to be able to leave it to people coming to visit our beautiful city! It's our home, where our daughter plays and breaks things, where we have aperitifs, invite people for meals and board game nights. So the dishes are mismatched, our furniture far from a magazine standard and maybe not up to date, because our apartment is all the simplest.
But we have a taste for entertaining and we will try to do what it takes to make you feel at home!
