Luxury villa in private Palmilla community with 24 hour security. Access to Palmilla Dunes Club included. The home has been finished to the highest standard with luxury contemporary furnishings and stunning ocean and desert mountain views. Whole house water filtration. Designed for fun and entertaining with indoor/outdoor living and dining, Sonos sound system throughout and high speed Wifi. Housekeeping service included daily, except Sunday & Mexican holidays.

Villa has 6 oversized bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom perfect for couples or families. There are 3 King bedrooms, 2 Double bedrooms w/two full beds each, and 1 Kids bedroom with bunk beds + play house (crib available upon request). Bathrooms are all finished in marble and kids bath has a tub. The villa is a single floor and each room has its own A/C control for added comfort.

The gourmet chef's kitchen is fully equipped and at one end of an oversized Great Room with dining for 14. The kitchen, dining and living areas open to the outdoor patio and pool.

The outdoor patio is the ultimate space for entertaining and hanging out, with a bar, grill, dining, and lounge areas. The private heated pool has ocean and mountain views with a seating area on one end and fire pit on the other. The outdoor bar has a 75" Smart TV for streaming and is wired with Sonos speakers.

Inside the villa has a separate Media Room and separate Office for everyone in the family or group to enjoy themselves. Both have doors which can be closed off from the rest of the villa. The Media Room has an 85" Smart TV for streaming and surround sound system. The private Office has fiber optic internet and a wireless printer - extra fast wifi runs throughout. There is also a dedicated Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The villa is down the street from the One & Only Palmilla hotel and one of only 5 swimmable beaches in Cabo. Guests have access to One & Only restaurants and spa services. We are a 10 minute walk to the Palmilla Shoppes - home to a juice bar, coffee shop, restaurants, shopping and gourmet grocery store (they can deliver!). There is also a US consulate at the Palmilla Shoppes in case there is ever an emergency.

Included in your rental is access to the 5 Star Palmilla Dunes Club for up to 6 guests at a time (additional guests require prior approval). The Dunes Club is a brand new club offering 2 pools, cabanas, loungers, hot tub, kids swim area and playground, restaurant, sports bar, state of the art gym & fitness center, locker rooms, sauna, steam room, tennis, paddle and pickle ball courts. There are fitness classes and programming for additional fees. The Dunes Club is a 20 minute walk or 3 minute golf cart ride from the villa. Registration and credit card is required for Dunes Club access prior to arrival.

For more entertainment, we are 10 min drive from San Jose Historical Center and 20 min drive to Cabo San Lucas Marina. A 4-seater golf cart is included with the villa; a separate waiver to be signed at check-in. Additional golf carts can be rented through our vendor; additional fees apply.

My local Property Manager will meet and greet your party at the villa for check in and is available during your stay for any needs or recommendations.

If you would like chef or butler services, we work with several vendors who are excellent. For golf, tee times can be scheduled directly with Palmilla Golf; additional fees apply.
