Steps from the Beach! Walk to Bean Point! Pool/spa! Golf Cart

Have the best of both worlds with the bay & the gulf beaches at this new 4 bed/3.5 bath luxury home. Enjoy the quiet, laid back way of life on the north end of the island being only steps to the gorgeous bayside beach with city park or a 5 minute walk to the world renowned Bean Point! You are also located between Rod & Reel Pier and The City of Anna Maria Pier.

You will first notice the large corner lot with ample parking and fencing completely around the home. Everyone will gravitate to the large heated saltwater pool with spa surrounded by beautiful landscaping and low maintenance turf. The outdoor entertaining space is second to none with an outdoor media area, dining table with seating for 10, grill, your own putting green and lawn games such as Connect 4 & corn hole boards. There is also an outdoor shower!

Upon entering the house you will be wowed by the open floor plan, walls of windows & attention to detail throughout the home. The kitchen is a chef's dream with quartz countertops, high end stainless steel appliances and bar seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs! The dining room is open to the kitchen & features a dining table for 8, gas fireplace & views of the bay! The living area is surrounded by windows, sliders leading out to spacious decks and a covered porch with peeks of The Tampa Bay and of course a flat screen TV with plenty of seating.

The home features 2 master suites both with stunning full baths. One master and guest bedroom have access to the front balcony with table & chairs. The other 2 bedrooms share a full bath and an additional half bath is also available. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and desk.

Our home truly has all you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation including bikes and your own 6 person golf cart so you can travel the island like the locals do! We invite you to make magical memories with your family and friends in beautiful Anna Maria!

Absolutely amazing!

Had the best week at the most beautiful home. The entertaining area was so well thought out. The kids loved the hot tub, pool and putting green. It was the perfect spot to watch the final four games too. Home was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. We will definitely book again.

We splashed out to stay at this property but it was so worth it. Every detail taken care of, gorgeous pool and such a perfect location - close to the beach - in a beautiful part of beautiful Anna Maria. The perfect relaxing break.

Amazing house in perfect location

We came for our 25th anniversary and this was the perfect property. The house and pool is stunning and in the best part of Anna Maria. Hosts Amber and Joe have provided everything you need, inc bikes and beach gear. They were so helpful and sorted out an issue with the golf cart immediately. Cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Family Vacation was a success!!

The property was perfect. The house was stocked with everything you could ever need! There were beach chairs, a high chair, a play pen. Beach towels, bikes and all the kitchen stuff you could ever need. I rate the property a 10/10.

This home was very clean. Well equipped. Lots of pool toys, games and beach supplies. Big dining tables- inside and out. Pool was the perfect temperature. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay! Thanks Joe and amber!

Family friendly perfect house!

We just returned from two weeks in this beautiful home. The location is amazing walk to beach, Bean Point, pool was perfect for the grandkids and a hot tub for us. This is a family friendly home with swim toys and equipment, pack n play, gates and more. A lovely quiet neighborhood and the golf cart a great way to beat the Anna Maria traffic. It is comfortable, lovingly appointed and we will definitely be going back. The owners were also accessible and very responsive. A great vacation with many family memories.

Beautiful home.

The home was more than we could hope for. It was great for the eight of us. Lots of stairs but gates at the top were an added bonus. The location was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. The golf cart was needed and used for beach days and dinner outings. The pool was enjoyed by all. Most of the house was spotless. I would say the only thing I think that would help make it better would be for the cleaning service to clean floors more thoroughly. However, we are already planning another trip and staying here.

This was a fantastic vacation and accomodations

Beautiful spacious and comfortable (furniture, appliances, beds, AC, all excellent) home with literally everything you could possibly want. Pool was great. Steps away from the beach and fantastic restaurants (both for casual and high end food) and other activities (ie the Donut Experiment). It was awesome. And they even leave their golf cart for you to easily shuttle the family and their beach equipment around. We loved it!

Incredible house and amazing hosts

A real 5 star experience all around, you will never want to leave. From the moment you step on the property, it felt like staying in a luxury resort, with not detail missed. From the gourmet kitchen, to the high quality mattresses, and out of the world outdoor living space including the amazing pool and entire set up. Everything is provided for an amazing beach vacation, chairs, bikes, golf cart, outdoor games, etc. We are already planning our trip back. Not to mention the incredible hosts, that made sure our trip took advantage of everything the island has to offer.

Was exactly what we were looking for and expected. Very tidy, well maintained property. Completely trouble free vacation and best location in the island. Ensure you purchase things like laundry soap and even dish soap, as there is nothing there upon arrival, except clean dishes and towels. This wasn’t an inconvenience, but important to know when you hit the grocery store on arrival here. Very communicative property owners. We Will likely rebook next year, if the property still VRBO.

Perfect Family Vacation House

Amber & Joe were the best hosts! Very helpful & responsive with explaining anything we might need to know. The house is immaculate, fully stocked for a stress free trip! The floor plan was perfect for our trip with grandparents getting their privacy and plenty of space with our two young kids and infant. Pack n plays, kids toys, kids plates/cups, everything has been well thought out for making our trip as enjoyable as can be! The outdoor area was huge and we spent almost all of our trip poolside or on the porch or putting green. The beach access is so close and so were all the main restaurants etc! The location was so quiet and relaxing and we could easily walk or take the golf cart to Pine street for food & ice cream! Anna Maria Island is such a joy and we were so relieved to see that you could hardly even tell the hurricanes had hit the island just last fall. The restaurants and beaches were back and ready for spring break! We cannot wait to come back again!

Best Vacation Home

We came for husband’s birthday and our family had an amazing time at this gorgeous home. Host was responsive to us within minutes if we had any questions or needs! The house was close to everything including beach, restaurants and shops. Publix was not far for grocery shopping. Golf cart was fun and made it easy to get around town. Outside covered lower level has pool and spa which were amazing. Plenty of pool floats and balls to play games. You can adjust spa so it is hot to relax. A large family size table to enjoy meals together by pool. Grill! Sun chairs,TV to watch or play games, corn hole boards, and golf putting area. Garage has beach chairs and cart to take to beach. Upstairs inside home is beautiful and looks brand new! TVs in every room. Beds were comfortable. Had extra pillows and blankets in closets. Shower had a bath tub inside. Wonderful to wake up and have a master bedroom balcony to sit and drink coffee. Anna Maria is our favorite vacation spot and we will definitely rent this home again! .

We fell in love with Anna Maria on our 1st visit in 2017. During that visit we decided that finding a home here was a must and our search began. We were drawn to this particular house because of its location (we love the North end of the island), the outdoor space & the gorgeous interior!
