Enjoy an authentic tiny house on 2 acres, in the country. This house sits alone on the property and is only minutes from Lake Wylie, where you can paddle board, rent a boat or have lunch and dinner on the water. Comfy queen size bed in the loft with a queen sofa bed downstairs. Custom tiled shower and full kitchen. Enjoy the outdoors by opening the double doors to an 25' deck, BBQ grill, patio furniture and peace and quiet.

We had a FANTASTIC stay at this cute, private and well appointed "tiny home." It was perfect for 2 adults and our 2 small dogs. We were out and about a lot exploring the area so we didnt spend time cooking on property but despite the small kitchen, everything needed was there. Check in and out was easy. We enjoyed how quiet and private the property was while still being close (a few minute drive) to shopping and great restaurants. We enjoyed two cider/donut spots less than 15 minutes away. Would definitely recommend for couples or solo travel.

What a cute cabin! Our first tiny home stay, but definitely not our last! Everything you could possibly want for a quiet escape in the woods, without missing out on any of the amenities of home! Very accommodating! With the exception of the very short drive to the grocery store, we didn’t leave the grounds the entire weekend! Lots of room for our dog to romp around! In addition, the communication with the owner was top notch! I don’t think they ever took longer than about 10 minutes to reply (if that!!!)! Really enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable stay at the tiny house

We loved our short vacation at the tiny house. House and proberty were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was big enough for our little family, and we would definitely book again. The only "negative" thing is, that water was a little triggy to regulate. Thank you for hosting us.

Quiet & Peaceful

We came to spend Christmas with the In-Laws but wanted to stay in a separate location due to our miniature dachshunds. This was the perfect option as it was close and felt very mountain like. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Being a tiny home it felt bigger than it was. Definitely will be back again.

Great tiny house experience

Really enjoyed the tiny house. It was very comfy and we slept great. Nice yard and view. Almost feels like you’re in the mountains.

What an amazing place and location.So peaceful. It’s was clean and cozy. We are a little older, and I would have to say the loft bedroom was the one thing that was hard for us with the ladder and I have a broken foot. It was close to Charlotte for a day of shopping and some amazing restaurants. We also enjoyed going into Rock Hill and exploring. Jeffery the host was easy to communicate with!! It’s was such a wonderful weekend get away. Thanks again Jeffery, you have an amazing place.

Quiet and peaceful

This place was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and had everything we needed. Jeffrey checked in with us our day of check in to make sure we got in and all was good. The property is beautiful and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Nice weekend get away!

This home is cute and clean! The area is quiet and the property is convenient to things to do in the Lake Wylie area. Fun place to stay if you’re looking for something simple, or curious about tiny houses! Property managers were great, friendly and available.

This is an extremely quiet neighborhood yet is only 3 miles away from Groceries and restaurants. Area attractions are also very close by (Lake Wylie, Daniel Stowe botanical gardens, Bush & Vine fresh fruit and produce, Copper premium pubs. Lillys Bistro, and MORE!!).
