Elegante directo frente a la playa de 5 estrellas

Esta es una casa frente al mar directa muy elegante con el Océano Atlántico como su propio patio privado.

La casa en sí misma se construyó con el Océano en mente, con grandes controles deslizantes de vidrio de 8 x 16 en el comedor formal con las vistas más increíbles del océano que son visibles tan pronto como ingresa a las puertas frontales de ciprés doble.

Hay controles deslizantes en todas las habitaciones que miran al este con vistas al océano desde la mayoría de las otras habitaciones.

El patio de gran tamaño está hecho de mármol travertino y se extiende por toda la parte trasera de la casa y alrededor de la piscina que tiene sol todo el día, orientada hacia el este y el oeste.

En el patio hay una parrilla de gas incorporada para cocinar justo cerca de la piscina. Tiene una gran área al aire libre para tomar el sol, nadar y disfrutar de las comidas en los muebles del patio.

Muchos de nuestros huéspedes han disfrutado de nuestro hogar y no lo han dejado para salir porque estaban muy contentos disfrutando de la playa, la privacidad y todas las comodidades que se ofrecen con nuestro hogar.

Otros huéspedes han disfrutado del pintoresco pueblo de Indian River Shores, donde se encuentra la casa, así como de la pintoresca zona de Ocean Drive, con sus numerosos restaurantes, tiendas y parques donde se pueden disfrutar espectáculos de arte y mercados de agricultores.

Esta es realmente una propiedad privada única frente a la playa cerca de todo.

Several issues with the house, there were electrical outlets hanging out of the wall in the bedroom, exposed wires hanging out of a receptacle on the patio and found the receptacle laying in the back yard. Jacuzzi hot tub would not work, sent host a text and was told Anthony would be calling me and never received that call, also if you took a bath in the Jacuzzi Tub it took several hours to drain. Another disappointment, which was my fault for not researching the property better was we were under the impression we could walk directly down onto the beach but when we arrived there was no direct access, but again that's on me. Outside grill could be updated. As for Vero beach there just wasn't anything we found fun for the kids to do so we left two days early and went to Orlando.

Just okay

Owner needs to update pics on website so you can see what you’re really getting for the price. The house itself is super nice with the exception of the bad smell as you first walk in and needing a few updates, dirty grill, rotten patio furniture and lizards that we watched run around on the inside walls of the master bedroom, we had everything we needed and more than enough room. Nice pool. The one thing that would’ve been a deal breaker if we had known was not having direct beach access from the house.We had to walk down driveway and then up a long path, when we finally got there, there was a steep sand embankment with a rope tied that you had to hold onto and almost repel down to beach. Elderly parents & carrying gear & a 5 month old was not fun or safe! Wish owner disclosed this in his description but I guess I understand why he doesn’t. We still enjoyed our time together.

Home away from home!

Our family loves this beach house. We have stayed there now 6 times. We hadn't been for a few years and came back this year and felt like we'd returned home. There have been nice upgrades to the living room furniture and seating/tables outside. It was VERY clean upon arrival with fresh flowers waiting for us. We are a group of a few adults, teens and younger kids. We've been coming here since all the kids were babies. It perfectly accommodates a large family. The proximity of the pool and the house to the beach is perfect. The pool was very clean and a perfect temperature. There were quite a few beach toys our kids enjoyed. It was our first visit since the new condos next door went up and we barely noticed they were there. The steps to the beach were removed a few years ago but there is still a clear pathway for direct beach access. The younger adults and kids had no problem with it but it was a bit steep for the Grandma in our group so she stayed at the pool most of the time. :) The host Anthony is so kind and is always happy to answer questions and address any concerns asap. We have no complaints. We can't wait to come back again soon!!!

This is a beautiful property with all the amenities. We decided early on that we’ll rent this again. Next time, we won’t forget our golf clubs for the complimentary round of golf.

Family gathering

Five of us gathered in this beautiful, expansive house right on the beach close to Vero Beach restaurants and shopping. Large, well equipped kitchen for cooking together. Lovely pool that we used every day. Difficult access to beach because there are no stairs down the dune. Also, numerous things needed updating like towels and bed linen, as well as beach chairs.

Great stay

Yearly beachfront family vacations are a staple for my family. This has been our favorite location. The house is beautiful with lots of space for everyone. My favorite thing about this house was the view we had. As soon as you open the front door the first thing you see is the beach. Just the perfect location.

Good trip, adjacent (south) property still being finished

If you read through the other reviews going back 2 years, and ignore "wildcards" that seem inconsistent - you have a proper understanding of what to expect. For context, I generally have high expectations for properties, and this fits within the ball park of my expectations for the cost. For us (parents with young kids), this was all about location and convenience (private pool, ocean view & access, nearly private beach) in a great area (Indian River Shores; A+) and a short drive (5 min) from restaurants/shops, & things to do. All of that was great (A+) and exceeded my expectations. Downsides? While well furnished, and everything was in working order and generally clean, the wear and tear on the property is all pretty evident and can be nit-picked variously, depending on your inclination. Family room, TV, Internet, kitchen appliances, beds, towels... all fine, no problems or issues there. Surprisingly, no extras (no beach umbrella, beach toys, etc... we left ours, so hopefully they'll be there in the future). There is still construction happening on the adjacent (south) property which overlooks the pool. We knew about it ahead of time because we asked the owner and he was forthcoming (see bing maps; google doesn't have it on there yet). He noted that he didn't expect exterior work, but there was moderate exterior work during our stay, weekdays primarily 9am - 1pm. Not terrible, but it was a bit more than we expected. I'd rent it again.

Spacious home great for large families

Tuscan holiday

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is reminiscent of a coastal Tuscan Villa. Upon entry, the formal living room boasts a beautiful Steinway Grand player piano. The formal Dining room has a wet bar. The bedrooms are spacious with a split floor plan with the master with king bed and another guest suite with two full beds. Another bedroom across the hall had a king bed. All bedrooms had their own attached bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with proper cooking supplies. Outside their was a large pool and built in grill. There is construction going on next door but it did not affect us at all. There is a nice lawn behind the home. The yard is not fully fenced in - we brought a gate from home to close off a small staircase off the back of the patio to keep our dog contained. The beach access is a little tricky … there are no stairs - you have to walk down a sand dune. It could be tricky for someone with mobility issues. We had the beach mostly to ourselves - it was nice and wide ( unfortunately had seaweed while we were there ). There is a public beach area with a life guard not too far down the beach for visitors with children. The property is a quick 10 minute ride to the shops and restaurants in beachside Vero Beach.

Amazing Home!!!

The house itself was amazing, large but cozy. The beach on the other hand was disappointing. There were too many seaweeds and the waves were very strong. My young kids were a little afraid of the water. We ended up staying in the pool most of the time and venture to other surrounding areas. Overall, this house is a must for large family with kids. We will definitely be back again, hopefully next time there is no seaweed on the beach.

Wonderful Vacation

We stay in a different area every year, and this was by far one of our favorites. The house was beautiful and we greatly enjoyed ourselves. We only left the house to go to the grocery store, had everything we needed right there!! The cons were that we didn't realize the construction was literally on the other side of the pool, so we had construction workers watching us all day and LOUD noise from 7 am - 5 pm. It might have just been worse our week since they were working on the wall by the pool. Also, when we arrived the pool bottom was pretty dirty ( didn't stop us one bit though... ha ha ) Wish we would've known ahead of time what days the landscapers and pool lady were coming, we were getting ready to get in pool as she came to clean pool on our last full day and we couldn't use the pool for 2 hours. The day the landscapers came wasn't a big deal, but we would have planned our day differently. Overall our stay was FANTASTIC and the home is beautiful and being able to walk to the beach at any time is priceless.

Location, location, location - beach day/pool day, spacious interior inside and out!

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely and plan to return! In spite of minor dated household items needing attention, or the construction noise going on next door, this do not disrupt or deter us from our enjoyment of this lovely home, it’s location or property. The host/owner was very responsive and helpful to any of our questions. Thank you Anthony for family memories we will never forget!

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. An Italian villa right on the beach with a beautiful yard and pool, but high enough up from the beach that it was private. Anthony was a gracious host and all the logistics went great. There is a fairly large construction project next door but it didn't negatively impact our stay. Thank you Anthony!

Beachfront haven

This property was everything we were looking for in a family gathering. An ocean view from practically the entire home, huge outdoor patio with a pool and plenty of outdoor furniture to relax. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and each bedroom had its own private bath. Beautiful landscaping greets you upon entering the property and the owner, Anthony is dog friendly. What more can you want? The home does need some TLC in some areas as mentioned in previous reviews but this did not matter to us and had no impact on our enjoyment. Also, there is new home construction next door which did add some noise during the day but that's life and no fault of the homeowner Anthony who we did contact on one occasion to troubleshoot the outdoor gas grill. He was responsive and we resolved the issue immediately. We surf fished all week and were successful in catching pompono, bluefish and Whiting even though we never surf fished once in our life. Go to Vero Tackle and Watersports in town for all you need for a first timer or seasoned vet. We were set up with everything we needed for the week and were not disappointed with the service. Truly a memorable Christmas and New Year. Thank you Anthony.
