Elegante directo frente a la playa de 5 estrellas

Esta es una casa frente al mar directa muy elegante con el Océano Atlántico como su propio patio privado.

La casa en sí misma se construyó con el Océano en mente, con grandes controles deslizantes de vidrio de 8 x 16 en el comedor formal con las vistas más increíbles del océano que son visibles tan pronto como ingresa a las puertas frontales de ciprés doble.

Hay controles deslizantes en todas las habitaciones que miran al este con vistas al océano desde la mayoría de las otras habitaciones.

El patio de gran tamaño está hecho de mármol travertino y se extiende por toda la parte trasera de la casa y alrededor de la piscina que tiene sol todo el día, orientada hacia el este y el oeste.

En el patio hay una parrilla de gas incorporada para cocinar justo cerca de la piscina. Tiene una gran área al aire libre para tomar el sol, nadar y disfrutar de las comidas en los muebles del patio.

Muchos de nuestros huéspedes han disfrutado de nuestro hogar y no lo han dejado para salir porque estaban muy contentos disfrutando de la playa, la privacidad y todas las comodidades que se ofrecen con nuestro hogar.

Otros huéspedes han disfrutado del pintoresco pueblo de Indian River Shores, donde se encuentra la casa, así como de la pintoresca zona de Ocean Drive, con sus numerosos restaurantes, tiendas y parques donde se pueden disfrutar espectáculos de arte y mercados de agricultores.

Esta es realmente una propiedad privada única frente a la playa cerca de todo.

Several issues with the house, there were electrical outlets hanging out of the wall in the bedroom, exposed wires hanging out of a receptacle on the patio and found the receptacle laying in the back yard. Jacuzzi hot tub would not work, sent host a text and was told Anthony would be calling me and never received that call, also if you took a bath in the Jacuzzi Tub it took several hours to drain. Another disappointment, which was my fault for not researching the property better was we were under the impression we could walk directly down onto the beach but when we arrived there was no direct access, but again that's on me. Outside grill could be updated. As for Vero beach there just wasn't anything we found fun for the kids to do so we left two days early and went to Orlando.

Great stay

Yearly beachfront family vacations are a staple for my family. This has been our favorite location. The house is beautiful with lots of space for everyone. My favorite thing about this house was the view we had. As soon as you open the front door the first thing you see is the beach. Just the perfect location.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful time at VERO Beach. No reason to leave the property. There were a few maintenance issues while we were there but the house is wonderfully laid out. Kitchen is well stocked. Pool and beach were gorgeous!!

Family gathering

Five of us gathered in this beautiful, expansive house right on the beach close to Vero Beach restaurants and shopping. Large, well equipped kitchen for cooking together. Lovely pool that we used every day. Difficult access to beach because there are no stairs down the dune. Also, numerous things needed updating like towels and bed linen, as well as beach chairs.

Family vacation

We were so excited the house look in good shape in the pictures but they are so old we can tell right when you enter, the house was dirty it has a strong drain smell in the bathrooms that extend through the house it was just dury everywhere but worst of all they have bug beds and cockroachs and the doors are so old it's hard to get them open , we couldn't use the garage it was full of stuff and the pool had beer bottles from previous renters and lots of sand.

Million dollar views

I really hate to write a review because I would like to keep this house all to myself. This house is directly on the beach with beautiful views and all the amenities. We didn't have the perfect weather on our vacation but the house made up for it. I won't lie, the house itself is far from perfect but after weathering a Hurricane and a tropical depression I was pleasantly surprised as to what good shape the house was in. Anthony, thank you for allowing me the pleasure of using your house.

Graduation gift trip

Large house. Plenty of seating areas. With only 5 of us we only utilized the bedrooms and the kitchen/ family room.Kitchen is fully stocked. Pool/ patio was well appointed. Plenty of pool floaty and sand toys. More seating areas. Property is in need of some TLC, but nothing that interrupted my stay. The only down side for me was there weren’t any stairs leading to the beach. It was difficult to get back up the sand dune. Neighborhood and beach were very quiet. There is a guarded beach down a bit so we could see the flags which made me comfortable entering the water.

Perfect Paradise

My family has rented several properties through the years and this Beachfront paradise was the best yet! From the rental inquiry process to booking the property, checking in and checking out all of my dealings with the homeowner were timely, effective and pleasurable. Anthony is an outstanding host who was immediately accessible and attentive to all of our needs. The home is beautiful from all perspectives, both the indoor and outdoor spaces are spacious, comfortable and perfect for entertaining. The location of the home, right on the beach at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac gave us the privacy we needed but was also close to shops and restaurants in town although we never wanted to leave! The home lacked for nothing, the kitchen contained all of the appliances, glassware, dish ware, cookware and utensils one could ever need plus there were abundant linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and pool toys for our use and enjoyment. If you are looking for a tranquil get away and want to stay in a beautifully decorated home in an idyllic location then look no further, this is the property for you.

the Hamptons of Florida and has been voted numerous times in the top ten beachside communities along Florida"s beautiful coastline lines.

Private beach quiet and very private home and patio ,sunny and pool overlooking the ocean. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise everyday!!!!
