Welcome to 7th Heaven on beautiful Longboat Key! A beachfront escape directly on the Gulf of Mexico with views of turquoise waters from your living room! This a second floor condo with a direct beach walk out from your front porch area. The neighboring unit is allowed to cross to use the stairs leading down to the beach. This comfortable getaway features a full kitchen, bedroom with a king-size bed, newly renovated bathroom and living room with a sleeper sofa. Shared Laundry is available.

Relax on the beach with resort provided sun loungers or hop in the pool! Then enjoy a spectacular sunset and have a quiet dinner at the condo or eat out at one of the many Long Boat restaurants like Harry's Continental Kitchen just across the street or the eateries in the LBK Center Shops. Explore nearby John Durante Park with shaded mangrove boardwalks along Sarasota Bay or head over to St. Armand's Circle for a shopping spree. The upscale ambience of Longboat Key and this truly unique beach front getaway will make for a memorable, romantic vacation that you won't forget!

Perfect mother daughter get away

The condo was clean and plenty of room for us. We felt very safe and the staff and Duncan were very helpful with any questions we had. We did not use the pool as the ocean is just steps away but it looked clean and had plenty of chairs around it. We loved the Bowles of the gulf from our living room.

Best vacation ever!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Anything you could need you can pretty find in the condo. Some outside things need updated/fixed but other then that I have zero complaints!! The ocean right outside your day was the best part fir me of course. There are some fantastic places to eat right across the street. It was easy to get just about anywhere from the location. Hoping to stay there again this October!!

Great condo, great location with restaurants, coffee shop and convenience store right across the street. Property managers were very attentive. Small issue with the A/C which was addressed and fixed right away!!! Stayed an extra day is was so good!!!

Relaxing get away!

Our overall experience was great. The unit was clean and comfortable. It is also in a quite location with a couple restaurants and a convenience store located directly across the street. The only drawback that we found was that the deck is shared with other units, which limits your privacy while enoying the views of the Gulf. However, it is a place that we would recommend or stay at in the future.

Great location. Beautiful beach, very well equipped condo. The condo exterior property needs maitenance and a proper cleaning. The swimming pool is sorely needing some TLC. Outdoor laundry very dirty.

Peace and quiet

I love Long Boat Key. Have been going to long boat key for years. It’s not a crowded beach . I went to 7th Heaven for the first time. It was a very nice stay for myself and my husband who has Dementia ( year 12 of Primary Progressive Aphasia) . This was to be the last time I take him on a trip as he is now declining and it most difficult for me to plan trip and pack and unpack. I will definitely be back at some point to 7th heaven to enjoy a relaxing time by myself or with a girl friend. Thank you 7 th Heaven for a great place to stay.

Great beach Location, outside needs updating

Location excellent, right on the beach and it’s near to a large park and other local amenities. The kitchen units are very worn and could do with replacing, although the electrical appliances are quite new and work very well. The bedroom has a light outside on the walkway which is lit all night and shines into the bedroom, not ideal for sleeping.The outside needs a updating, repairs and painting. Finally you have to share a balcony with three other people, which is not ideal.

Okay Place

The rental was ok. Was disappointed that we were unable to use the pool at the time I rented the unit I was not aware of this. It would have been nice to have a gas grill available to use vs a small charcoal grill. Over all the unit was nice did notice a couple of roaches in the unit which is normal for Florida. Would I rent this place again only if the pool was available but this is a personal thing for me.

We had not been advised by the owner that it had been shut down for repairs from Hurricane Ian. We agree - a gas grill would be really nice, but not allowed by the Association, and therefore not advertised. We are also sorry that you encountered some roaches (dead we assume). All the properties we manage are serviced by scheduled pest control and we make sure there are none before the guest moves in. 7th Heaven was a great stay!

The ocean view was spectacular! The ocean beautiful. The beach was quiet and we had great weather. 7th Heaven at Seaside III was clean, nicely decorated and homey! The only thing that keeps it from being perfect is the tub/ shower. It's an older high tub and hard to step in wh no handrails and slippery tub... they definitely need to update the bath a few things. Everything else was nice... the kitchen, living room area and bedroom was all very nice. The patio was perfect! We come for the beach, so it was just what we wanted. If you like a pool, well the pool is older and small. Thank you for a great stay! We'll be back!

Nice but room for improvement.

The pro is the absolutely beautiful view and having such a private beach just steps away. Needs updating badly. The bathroom and kitchen are very dated. Could be great if modernized. The pool is just gross. Needs to be redone. Don’t stay here if you want a nice pool. The washer and dryer is not in the unit and is in a dingy tiny closet downstairs and is coin operated. Would stay here again if it was updated and a washer/dryer was in the unit.

Loved the beach

It was lovely but think Hotel life is better for us next time we come to Florida. Condo was as I said in previous survey, lovely. The outside area not so almost put us off when we arrived! It’s very shabby and dirty looking, I suspect the owners don’t want to spruce it up a bit, pool area and loungers were dirty pool itself was fine but no shade! We don’t all want to bake and risk getting skin cancer. A second set of bed sheets would have been nice, it was a challenge taking them off, laundering and putting back on as all condos were occupied and getting a slot in the laundry room was difficult. We had a nice time but a Hotel for us next time not a change of kitchen. Carol Nicholas

Better than we imagined!

Longboat Key is an amazing destination. 7th Heaven exceeded our expectations. Frankly, I didn't know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our unit. Excellent view of the beach. Walk out your door, down a few steps and your feet are in the sand. A short walk and you're on the beach. There was hardly anyone there, we had the beach mostly to ourselves. There were umbrellas in the room, but we never used them. Beach chairs were available. The unit was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed. We did have trouble with cable, which I tried to correct by calling Comcast - they were no help. The pool was closed, but they appear to be working on it. All in all, an outstanding condo and we plan to return. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic location and beach access, some cons.

Loved the location and very easy beach access. Unit was very clean. This beach seems less populated which is nice. Some cons: The back door to the unit next door is on this unit’s balcony/porch, so not private. Mattress was very old and uncomfortable, needs to be replaced and patio door blinds not working.

Good place to stay. Only issues were the mattress and the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Mattress needs replaced and the fan does not work. Otherwise, it's a nice place.

The owner did a complete renovation right around September, 2021, but we will see if something has happened to it. Just let us know next time if something doesn't work while you are here. Secrets are secrets until they're not

I am conflicted about writing this review as my wife and I would much prefer to keep this secret to ourselves, but the owners deserve better. This condo is understated, from the exterior, but well appointed and positioned perfectly for a quiet and super relaxing beach stay. Highly recommended.....or not😉

Beautiful condo

The condo is exactly as shown. It is beautiful and directly gulffront not a single complaint. The only problem which is not the owners fault is that the pool is in dire need of repair. We wouldn't even go into it.
