The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



You’ll be in absolute awe as you take in your gorgeous short-term home. Feel free to keep your cars away from the glare of the Texas sun by parking them in the garage. As you step in, you’ll notice the home is newly remodeled and up to date with a contemporary style. The lavish finishes give this home a real touch of luxury and the furniture and décor come together to create a welcoming and stylish space.



You’ll want to hurry up and pick a bed, but you might have a hard time choosing — all 5 of our bedrooms are large and feature comfy beds covered with bedding you’ll want to immediately sink into. The bedrooms are set up with your relaxation in mind; we know you’ll need a good night’s rest after a day filled with fun activities. Our 3 clean bathrooms are absolutely stunning with modern upgrades. You’ll definitely be tempted to take your sweet time in here. You’ll also have access to a separate laundry room, so you don’t have to worry about over-packing.



The living room features a beautiful fireplace and more of the meticulous interior design that carries through the entire house. You’ll have a great time hanging out in here as a group as you reminisce, make plans, play games, or just chit-chat. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking your own meals and has tons of room. You’ll have everything you need in here, whether you’re making a fresh meal or enjoying some of the delicious local takeout!



You’ll also have your own lovely backyard. It’s the ideal spot to relax, soak up some rays, and enjoy the Texas weather. There is lots of green space, which will be ideal if you’re bringing kids along.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

The Neighborhood:

We are located in the Eagle Ford neighborhood of West Dallas. It’s the perfect location as you’ll be so close to all the attractions while being surrounded by nature with tons of parks and lakes nearby. For your convenience, we are just 18 minutes away from DFW airport and only 15 to downtown Dallas Main Street.



You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night! AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, just 24 min drive.



If you’re looking to spend some time in nature, there’s no shortage of parks, rivers, and lakes nearby. Mountain Creek Lake is just 20 minutes away. Tramwell Crow Park is only 10 minutes away and is just one of the many attractions of the Trinity River Corridor. The park includes soccer fields, cow sculptures, Crow Lake, walking trails, and amazing views of the downtown Dallas skyline. The Trinity Skyline Trail is also found here and is a 4.6-mile hard surface trail that brings you close to the Trinity River and features spectacular views.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.







★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.







★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is electrically operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
